    We serve dinner in our restaurant Monday thru Friday from 3:30 to 10:30 pm. Saturday from 4:30 to 10:30pm. Reservations are available.

    Our Cocktail Lounge is open 11 am Monday thru Friday until closing. Opening on Saturday at 4:30 pm until closing.

    Patio Dining is seasonal & offered during normal serving hours. Off-premise dining is offered from our house menu during normal serving hours.

    Open on Sunday for Private Parties Only.

When I complimented the Lobster Bisque, our waitress asked the chef about ingredients and passed along the praise. Everything was delicious and although a bit pricey, well worth it!   • "I'm quite disappointed with my overall experience at Protocol. We were not seated until at least thirty minutes after our reservation time, they were out of some of the listed specials (and wanted to charge almost $30 for substitution). The server was very pleasant, but was obviously stretched too thin among tables. The food was mediocre, oversalted, and overpriced for the tiny portion. Needless to say I won't be returning. Not what I expected from a well established fine dining restaurant."

  • "Had dinner at Protocol on a recent Thursday evening. I was celebrating my birthday with two friends. The place was pretty quiet that night. We all had soup to start; two had the seafood, one had the French Onion. We both enjoyed the seafood very much, companion said the French Onion was a bit bland. Entrees included Scallops, which were greatly enjoyed, grilled halibut with Hoisin Glaze, which was delicious, and the filet and shrimp small plate, which was generous, and also well~enjoyed. Will definitely come here again for their seafood. Service at the bar and our table were both outstanding. Enjoyed our complimentary Prosecco brought by our server for my birthday! Would definitely recommend."

  • "Always enjoy dining here - Paul, the owner, is very friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable about ingredients and food preparations. It's our go-to place for seafood - very fresh and you can choose your toppings. It was a really cold night and the homemade soups were delicious too! My husband loves the baby back ribs; I'm sure anything you'll order here will be delightful!"

  • "We went to the Protocol for an early New Years celebration. We had early reservations so we had no problems. Served quickly, food was great. Will go back again soon.Our server was very attentive and concious of our needs. The only complaint was parking. Not enough handicap parking and not being able to use side door for entry, had to walk around front of building. A long walk for someone with a handicap. When a banquet is also going on not enough general parking and a door only for banquets seems a bit uncaring of their dining patrons."

  • "The fish was fresh. The claims, were very good, and were not dried out . We actually ordered a second order. The food was very good overall. However, it is too dark inside. The waitress was good, not great, but was around when you needed her, but not totally on top of her game, there. The food runner, or expo as they are called was useless. She had a hard time filling our water, could hardly get 2 words out of her mouth that made sense, and when we asked for a second order of clams, she said we couldn't have them. Maybe she didn't understand us. But , it hard to make money if you can't sell your food. Maybe she didn't like us, ( I think that was the real problem), but maybe it is best not to show it so that you can feel it. Try it any ways."
