We ordered 2 different salads (the tomato and mozzarella and the watercress and pears) both were very good, not great but very good. (Although the mozzarella was great!) I ordered the eggplant and my husband had the spaghetti with seafood. Both entrees were excellent! The eggplant was smokey and very different but great!

She could actually tell what we were looking for and made great recommendations. Very attentive but not over the top so it was just perfect. The extensive wine list is mostly Italian which is what we look for going to an Italian restaurant. My wife had the lamb chops that were done to perfection. My entrée was the Wild Boar and pasta which was also outstanding. The wait staff was outstanding and had a good handle on how the food was prepared and what we might expect in the dish. Our waiter was friendly and extremely knowledgeable in both the menu items and the extensive wine list. His recommendations were spot on. I had a wonderful fresh tagliatelle from the daily special sheet and it was delicious and a large portion. My husband had the Braised Short Ribs with Risotto and it was superb! The risotto was BY FAR the best I have ever had! Impeccably efficient staff! The only slight negative was the closeness of the tables to other diners and the noise level...quite high.
