A word from Project Grace
Project Grace is a pop up for the brick and mortar Italian Restaurant Renata. Every Friday night we take over Trinket which is located on 2035 SE Cesar E. Chavez Blvd. On select Tuesdays we will be doing another dinner series at Hokusei at 4246 SE Belmont.

Project Grace is a contemporary Italian restaurant dwelling within the season at hand and deriving inspiration from the diverse regional cuisines of Italy and the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. It is our objective to craft an incomparable experience through welcoming ambience, thoughtful service, and extraordinary food and libations. Our ingredients will be responsibly sourced from sustainable local farms and imported products from Italy.

Project Grace is cooking as a pop up until their brick and mortar restaurant will be ready later this year. For $41- you get a terrific 5 course menu that changes weekly. Food is served family style. Service is first rate. We look forward to Renata's debut!
