"Perhaps I am more of a steak and potatoes kind of guy but I tried 4 different items at this restaurant and they were all too exotic for my taste buds. I ordered Oxtails that came smothered under brocolli which makes everything smell awful."

"Well the food was good , nice presentation but portion is kind small . Great service and atmosphere but the food wasn't amazing to coming back often . I think that is fit to the young people, good place for having dinner with friends ."

"Very good food, honestly better than expected. The lobster creamed corn was fantastic. Only downside was the noise. We had a group of four and all of us came out with sore throats because we were basically yelling at each other. Menu suggests a more intimate setting, but that was not our experience."

"Got there about 1 hour ahead of 9:30 reservations so we could enjoy a couple of cocktails in the bar. The bar area is very attractive and popular. They have a nice specialty cocktail list. I tried a couple of cocktails which were very different from the usual fare and they were both enjoyable. For dinner, I had the scallops which were perfectly cooked while my husband had the chicken which he polished off. If you are looking for an intimate dinner setting, this is not the place. It is quite loud in the dining room and the tables are very close together. I plan on going back."

"The fried green tomatoes, the scallops, and the swordfish were all awesome; done just right. The combo of the lobster with the charred scallops was perfect, and the surprising combo of mustard greens with the swordfish was a great innovation. Really delicious."

"I've been a fan of Top Chef since Season 2 and for my birthday I thought I would finally live out my dream and go to one of their restaurants for my birthday. While sadly, Tiffany wasn't there, it was still the BEST food I have ever eaten. The duck fat fried chicken was perfection. Who knew that duck fat could give so much tenderness and flavor to chicken?? Along with the food, the service was impeccable and the staff so inviting. I'm not used to super upscale dining, but they made me feel relaxed and included in the setting. I will definitely recommend Private Social to everyone and can't wait to go back when Tiffany Derry is there."

"WOW! We decided to try something new (well, new to us anyway) and so I made reservations for lunch. Lunch reservations weren't really necessary, but I loved having that option in case they *were* necessary. I had the Turkey Panini. It was amazing!!!! as soon as I saw it had pears in it, I was intrigued. When my tastebuds got their little hands on the sandwich, they were dancing! I asked for honey mustard on the side and they made me my own special honey mustard that was the most tasty honey mustard that I've ever had. I wish they'd bottle it up. Anyway, yeah, we loved it. Service was impeccable, and the Fruity Pebbles gelato was interesting (I'd stick to the chocolate next time though)."
