  • "Very displeased with hostess about reservations - we went into Primo's website to make reservations thru OPEN TABLE - Rec'd confirmation a week a head of time - Primo's shows no reservations made and I had a printed out Confirmation - Hostess says it was MY FAULT since I didn't not CALL - I would think since I had a PRINTED CONFIRMATION that would suffice - we had a party of 20"

  • "We drove out to the Lake area from Dallas just to enjoy the nice day. We made reservations about an hour to two hours before arriving requesting to sit outside but when we arrived the host stated they did not have our reservation. She stated we should have called to confirm but they had tables outside because it was before dinner time. Service was slow as it took a long time for the server to take our order and then for our drinks to arrive. Guac. was good but margaritas were just okay and a little expensive. Enjoyed the view on the patio and the nice weather."

  • "I do love Primo's, and everything was worked out eventually....BUT, I made the reservations through Open Table a week in advance, and received two confirmation emails. (this was for my MeMa's birthday party for 14 people) When I arrived at the restaurant, they were completely clueless as to the reservation. The manager was very sweet and accomodating, and was able to make sure everything went great...but, it was a little frustrating when I was asked if I was "sure" I made the reservation at the "correct" location. Yes...yes, I did. :)"
