"It is hard to judge because on the particular night we went, it was Valentine's Day, which could account for certain parts of our experience that weren't as good as they could of been. Of course it was a little crowded and noisy, and the waiters seemed frantic. Our particular waiter actually got my boyfriend's order wrong, he asked for the surf and turf and was brought beef wellington. The waiter took care of it though and had the correct meal out in less than ten minutes. The food itself was good overall. My meal wasn't exactly what i had expected but still good and the chicken was really juicy. The tuna tartar appetizer was the best i have ever eaten, loved it."

"Didn't know what to expect when I saw the area/parking, hidden in a neighborhood, but was impressed with the decor. Nice Italian theme, and quiet atmosphere, was able to hear my conversation. Had Veal Osso Bucco w/Rosemary Risotto, melted in your mouth, excellent choice, good wine selection. Made reservation for 7.15on a Thursday, and was seated immediately, service was on point. We will go again to try different dishes. Only gripe was they ran out of Lasagna, wife was looking forward to it, since she is a picky eater."

"Normally we wouldn't go out to dinner on Valentine's Day, but our kitchen is under construction, so reservations seemed rhe way to go. And normally we love Primo! Delicious food and great wine list at reasonable prices. Excellent service in a pretty and usually quiet setting. On Valentine's Day, though, it went off the rails. They clearly overbooked as larger parties had to wait a good while, even with reservations. Folding tables had been added to seat more people. One poor guy had to sit on the outside corner of a booth seat that wrapped around a corner. My husband and I have been married for 23 years, so it wasn't that big a deal to us, but for couples aiming for a romantic Valentine's? Complete bust. Beyond that, though, the special"

"My husband and I have enjoyed going to Primo's for years. It is one of my favoriate resaurants. It is small and the waiters take a special interest in you. They even sometimes remember what you ordered the last time you were there. I am on a special medical diet because I have Crohn's Disease. They always cater to my needs. Cherie C. Bost"

"Our waiter was very busy. I had a wonderful time and I will return. We had to wait a while to get our drinks and refills. Our overall experience was fantastic. I look forward to visiting again. I just know the service will get better! The food tasted like it was home cooked. This was my best meal for Resturant Week!"
