PrimeBistro was interesting. The food was OK, but what was strange was that we were the only customers in the place the entire time we were there, 8:00 - 9:30 on a Saturday night.
We were given menus and then the first time we saw our waiter was when he came to take our food order. No one took a drink order. We had to ask for a wine list (very limited). After we got the wine we had to fill our own wine glasses.
The cuts of steak are somewhat limited. There is no strip or sirloin on the menu. The chefs "surprise cut" was not available. The filet was decent.
They had 80's music (streaming from Pandora) playing. The staff sounded like they were having a party in the kitchen.
Overall, we would probably give it a try again.

There are lots of items that are not on the menu (e.g. sliders and bruscetta, ) that need a special request although when asked for these 'special' items, the waiter knew price, etc immediately! did not think this was proper! most probably that being a special order they can charge more, btw the bruscetta was $29 for an appetizer portion!
