Food was good. Waiter did not know the menu and when we ordered our wine as well as food, he had to look at the menu and we had to point to what we wanted. The major problem was the cigarette smoke. The smell was over powering and took away from allowing us to enjoy our dinner. We probably will not come back due to the smell of smoke.

Long wait with a reservation (45 minutes) and restaurant only half full. No flavor to Ceasar salad (think they forgot the anchovies), slow service. A forgettable occasion.

The food was very good but the service was not. I had to pour my own wine refill, order Chateaubriand not when served I had to cut it myself. If a good cut of meat like this is offered the wait service should at least carve it and serve ro the patrons.

For a supposedly fine steakhouse, the food was only OK. It was worth the cost by using the discount certificate, but not worth the full price. The service was very good. Our waitress was very attentive without being intrusive. We went to the bar after our meal, and they had a very good group providing music for dancing. The only drawback was that smoking was allowed. We were fortunate in that we did not smell cigarettes. We really enjoyed the dancing.

This place is WAY overpriced for the quality of food they serve. "Prime Time" apparently did not mean USDA prime beef. Steaks while cooked to order were tough. The Bearnaise sauce we ordered was inedible. The appetizer was OK though not memorable because I remember only that it was shrimp something. Au gratin potatoes were overly cheesed with an obviously inferior product. Dessert chocolate cake was dense, not very "chocolaty" Waitstaff was inexperienced - though the wine steward was OK. Ambience was lousy - we were seated in a high traffic area next to the bar's wait station, so we had constant foot traffic past our table. If you want steak, try Perry's which is not that much more I have will NEVER eat at this place again!!

Understaffed, horrible service, weren't seated until 845pm for our 7pm reservation....after being seated we were told we would have to wait to place a drink order bc our server was busy...at which point we walked out and enjoyed a very nice dinner at Perry's Steakhouse instead. In desperate need of new management!! Very smoky. Very loud band on Saturday night....far from an intimate setting.

was impressed with primetime - excellent steaks - cooked correctly, tender and tasty. Great staff who care about their patrons.We had an excellent and friendly server. Even when the band started, you could still have a conversation. Good music and overall, a great steakplace that is not pretentious or stuffy. We live 40 miles away and would consider going again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Filet mignon was perfectly cooked and delicious. The desserts are beautiful and portions are generous. Melanie, our wait person, and Pablo, the manager gave us personal attention as we celebrated our anniversary. Loved the quiet atmosphere. Got livelier as the evening progressed.
