Although I did have a bit of confusion when ordering how my steak was to be cooked. I originally asked for medium rare and they said cold red center. I then changed to medium and they said warm red center. ???. Since when is medium a warm red center? I stuck with medium and it came out medium. Warm pink center, which is what medium should be.
