Being from Chicago, it's tough to find a steak house that beats anything there, but Prime Steak blows any Chicago restaurant out of the water including Gibson's and Smith & Wollensky. My daughter and I were celebrating our birthdays and the staff went above and beyond to make our night special. I highly recommend the petite filet, vegetable skewer and the garlic mashed potatoes. Food and service was excellent.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMA Wonderful ExperienceWhen we arrived in Park City, almost everyone we talked to recommended Prime Steak House. Now we see why. The steaks are fabulous! Our 12-ounce filet was large enough to split, and adding the crab on top added to the wonderful flavor. We were very happy with our sides of mushrooms, green beans and baked potato. The evening was made even better by the fantastic service of Brian, whose expertise and personality added so much to our experience.
