Prime MeridianBreakfast OptionWhen looking for a breakfast option prior to an event at the Dome, GWCC, Centennial Park, or elsewhere, place this place on your list. For us it was superb.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMDinner was scrumptious, butDinner was scrumptious, but being very full, I wish there had been a light dessert.3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMI attended a dental conventionI attended a dental convention at the World Congress Center during the week and my group had lunch at the Prime Meridian and it was splendid. They had several options for busy business groups: hot lunch buffet or menu items. I had the roasted turkey sandwich on Gluten-Free brad and it was beyond yummy. I was very impressed that they even had a "Gluten-freee Corner". My other group members had the portabella sandwich, hamburger and the buffet and everything was remarkable. Truly impressed and I am hardly impressed nowadays.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent hotel lunch experienceDelightful lunch/brunch, with excellent service. Made reservation, which prompted individualized attention to our group of three. Buffet elegant and bountiful, with some Southern specialties.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMWow! What a meal. Prime MeridianWow! What a meal. Prime Meridian worked from pre-start to finish and the food was so delicious we actually made reservations for other guests the next evening. We ran late for our reservation due to work issues, called in, had the audacity to show up an hour late and it was not a problem. The seated us at an internal table, we asked to have a window seat....not a problem. The food? Our server was knowledgeable in presentation and did not use descriptions like "awesome". 2 of us highly recommend the spinisch salad and we both agree that it ws the tastiest we have ever had. 3 diners had ribeyes, flavorful, perfectly cooked although 2 diners wished they had ordered rare as opposed to medium rare. Wonderful evening.1/11/2013 12:00:00 AM
