Our waiter knew the menu, the food, and every detail of both.
The manager came over to assist with wine selection and was spot on and extremely knowledgeable.
The atmosphere was wonderful.
The entire experience was about the best in all my years of living in Nashville.

The price however was well worth the product. The server, the food, the environment all led to a great experience. We had dinner the night before @ Kayne and the food, preperation and presentation @ Prime 108 was just as good, but the service by the hostess and server was an "A" compared to Kayne. Our dinners were so outstanding that we consumed everything on our plates (we normally leave room for dessert). They accomodated our special request for an appetizer that was not offered on the menu. The wine we selected was not available, but the manager spoke to us and recommended an even better option. It was the perfect place for celebrating our wedding anniversary. We mainly went to enjoy to beauty and history of Union Station, but the food EXCEEDED our expectations -- it was top notch -- we all really enjoyed our dishes. Mom and dad had the Cajun breakfast dish, hubby had the chicken & waffles (very gourmet) & I had a traditional Eggs Benedict. The ambience was fantastic and the service was excellent. We took advantage of the "Tastings Menu", which has limited options for a fixed price four course dinner. The lobster ravioli was a delicious start. The salad that followed was one of the best I have ever enjoyed! The bib salad and others ingredients ere so fresh, they tasted like they must have been picked from an on site garden. There were three choices for entree. I chose the "Big Eye" tuna, which was spectacular on plate and bursting with Asian-infused favor.
