The quality of the food, the ambience and the service cannot be beat. For those desiring other than prime rib, try the chicken francaisse (sp?). The wait staff is very attentive and the atmosphere is cozy and romantic, yet informal and not stuffy!! We had the prime rib which was the most delicious piece of meat we have eaten in a long time! Appetizers have been added, as well a nice spinach salad choice to accompany the meal. The food is very good, with a nice presentation and sufficient quantity. Pleasant surroundings and a moderate price make this a winner for us. The first time I arrived late as the restuarant was closing and we got in and were very impressed. This last weekend we came up on a spur of the moment and made a reservation (we came up due to a e-mail sent about the bull riding) Everything was fine again, and I not complaining, but we had the same selection off of the menu as we did on our prior trip. This time the cut of beef wasn't near as tender. Again, not a complaint as it was still pretty darn good, but just my thoughts. The service is good, and the tableside salad preperation is a nice touch. The Prime Rib has always been very good and prepared perfectly.
