Perfect people watching spot and terrific food and service. One of us eats non-dairy and there were literally NO dessert options and pretty much every salad has some cheese on it. Easy enough to get them to hold the cheese on the salad, but without it and the bacon the arugula salad was kind of plain.
The beef tenderloin dish was excellent and so were the seared scallops! Again, there is dairy on pretty much every side dish so that was frustrating, but overall the food is wonderful. Great martinis too!

We got stuck in very heavy traffic on I-25 coming from Parker. When it became obvious that we would be late getting to Prima, we called and they were very understanding and indicated that they would hold our reservation. They were extremely courteous and got us a table right away when we arrived 45 mins. late. They also promised to get us fed and out in time for the show. They delivered! And they did it all without making us feel that we were rushed.
Our Server was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient while always making us feel that we were her number 1 customers. On top of all this great service the food was delicious. Interesting tasty appetizer menu, many of which could make a light meal--the calimari is a must! Very good value is to be found in their daily prix fixe menu--generous servings. The valet service was quick, friendly and no hassle. We found the waitress to be very courteous and were seated promptly. Wednesday night was no exception -- except the food was exceptional. The seared scallops were amazing - served atop a carrot pistachio risotto. We could have licked our plates clean, but there wasn't anything left to lick. Starting with the food, which is wonderful, and then the location, which is also very convenient for the downtown area of Denver. I didn't think gnocchiWow. I didn't think gnocchi could really send me over the top but this is mention-worthy. The cheese gnocchi in a veal bolognese sauce was so good I cut each gnocchi in half so I could savor the meal slowly and so it wouldn't end too soon.
