There were large ice sculptures and sculptures of melons throughout. The food presentation was very nice and the food was both plentiful and delicious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I would recommend peoplewho are staying at the inn to purchase the Bed & Breakfast package.
However, dinner was just ok. It is a hotel, and therefore the menu was limited, and some of the items we ordered didn't meet our expectations.

We had a reservation for a business dinner and arrived in the middle of a surprise winter snowstorm. To accomodate an unanticipated large number of guests and travelers without reservations the restaurant opted to offer a buffet dinner only for the evening. Due to the nature of our dinner the buffet was not ideal. The dining room mgt picked up on our dissapointement and provided our group with full menu service.
