However,the noise level on a Saturday night was unacceptable. We had to scream to hear each other,which was not enjoyable. The portions including their appetizers and tacos are very big and can easily be a main course if you don't want to spend $25-$30 for a main course. Great drink and wine list. Our server, Jennevieve, was so enthusiastic about the menu, it made us excited about it too! Everything we ordered was amazing, with the exception of the lamb chops which were a bit overdone, but the flavor was still delicious (and the manager came right over and asked us all about it, he was so attentive, friendly and apologetic)! We only had starters and that was enough food because the portions were large and very filling. The specialty cocktails were perfect! The lobster avocado was out of this world as was the dragon roll and the mussells. We ended the evening with the Chomere dessert and it might have been the best dessert I have ever had! It was Easter brunch so things were pretty chaotic. After sitting down between two larger parties, we waited patiently with our menus for 15 minutes for a server to approach us. Finally we flagged down a server for another section and put in our drink and food requests. One of the managers promptly came over, apologized profusely for the wait and comped our entire meal for us, along with giving us some fruit to munch on while our food was prepared. The atmos phere is great and so is the food. I try to eat gluten free and they have many GF items. They also seem to be more than happy to accommodate dietary requests/restrictions. We didn't anticipate ordering a lot, but the Gilt City voucher we had gave us a lot of options. (The Gilt City package was very good deal, by the way!) We split a bottle of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, three appetizers, two desserts, and had a entree each. Both our tummies and our tastebuds were overjoyed with all of the flavors and the food. The atmosphere was great - although we did have to raise our voices just a tad to hear each other and the server. Overall, a wonderful experience. The only thing I might have changed was add a little more punch in the side dish (rice?) that came with my pork belly BLT. Carrot Pancakes I wanted to be more like a piece of carrot cake but they were still really good! Bloody Mary has too much horseradish - tastes like you're drinking a shrimp cocktail. Pomegranate mimosa was really good! Someone had the chorizo egg dish and said the whole thing tasted like chorizo (as opposed to the chorizo being in the dish, it overtook the dish).
