Food was outstanding! The cockles and chorizo were the highlight, but the roast chicken and short ribs were also extremely tasty. I particularly recommend the smoked pork chop; we had expected something like traditional German Kaessler Ripchen, but what we got was a deliciously complex blend of subtle smoke, a touch of spicy bite, and a balance of other flavors. All of the dishes showed similar signs of inspired conception and skillful preparation.
