"Will not be going back, portions were very small, the t-bone lamb maybe had 2-3oz of tough meat, my salad was brought out to me wrong two different time by two different servers. Bus boy brought out the bread basket and set it on the wine glass until my son moved the glas for him. Was not worth the money$174.90 without tip for a party of 4"

"This restaurant, in such a unique setting, is one of our favorites here in NM. The resultant ambiance places you in such a good frame of mind that you have to remind yourself that you're just a few miles from home rather than somewhere else in the world. (A local resident can't go wrong when out of town turists ask for a good recommnedation for dining pleasure and you guide them to the Prairie Star!!)"

"This is a nice restaurant and we have eaten here a couple of times before. I was slightly disappointed this time in that my steak was a little overcooked. I did not tell the server, because he never checked back with us to ask how our dinners were and it wasn't worth waiting for them to cook a new steak for me. Despite this, I will continue to eat here occasionally as it's one of the nicer area restaurants."

"Great place for both a couple or a larger group. I've hosted a meeting with a dozen people and was able to give each a choice from a reasonably priced menu. Also, returned with my wife for an intimate dinner. Both were outstanding.
Food was some of the best Ive had lately.
The hard part is remembering they are there as Bernalillo is off my normal track."

"Service was slow and our waiter mumbled awkwardly. Brie appetizer was tasty, chicken was bland and unmemorable, lasagna was no better than Olive Garden. Romantic view, but food & service dampered the mood. Not worth the drive...Or the bill."
