The salad and sides bar is nice but but the meat is the star here. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had a great time, Our waiter was so attentive you would have thought he was the owner. He gave the kind of attention that usually you only get from the owner of a restaurant. They are a little less formal in ambiance and character, but the food is top rate. My only criticisms would be the sausage (more bland than most), the bacon wrapped jalapenos (pimento cheese filling, really?), and the passion fruit mousse ( too runny? Maybe too warm?). I guess I feel it was kind of snuck in, even though I read that, I still think it would have been nice to be advised that also. I would have enjoyed some sauces with the meats also.
