Also a Sunday night, live Jazz, the atmosphere was really nice and vibrant. The service was prompt and friendly, recommendations well delivered. Food was delicious! We tried a few starters: Scotch Egg, Bone Marrows, and Pork Croquette. We love the Scotch Eggs, elegantly presented and tasted great! As for mains, I wanted to try their T-bones but was sold out, and only had the strip loin. The strip loin was cooked to my expectation - medium rare, it was juicy, pink in the centre, tender. The waiter asked us what type of drinks we liked and brought my girlfriend a surprise drink. Both of our meals were delicious. The table next to us could smell it and were checking it out. The ambiance of the place is really cool and classy. It was a nice romantic birthday dinner but i could see myself coming back to the bar part for fancy drinks and tasty appies.
