  • "POUR is quite a find! I love wine bars. I wish there were more options for just glasses of wine, I like to try different things. The decor is great and I enjoyed my time here. We ordered a few cheeses, meats which were okay. I would go back for the entrees next time, they sound delicious!"

The beer list was outstanding, the food was amazing and we enjoyed the company of other guests dining around us. We couldn't have asked for a better night or better food. Special shout out to our awesome server, Nicole. She made an awesome dining experience even more amazing. Her knowledge of the beer and food menu only enhanced our experience.   • "We went here for brunch. The portions were so incredibly small, overly priced, and overly salted. I dine out often and come from a large city, so I am ok with paying for good food. However this was not worth it. And then if I am paying for an expensive meal I would expect the service to be on point, but it wasn't. We all ordered another round and one drink was missing and finally made it to the table 10 minutes later (not exaggerating). That was just one instance where the service was lacking. There were more."

  • "Reminded me of fine neighborhood restaurants in DC. My only complaint, not limited to POUR: noise. Everbody has to talk loudly to be heard over everybody else who is doing the same. Why do restaurants insist on so many hard surfaces these days? Why not a quiet ambience with soft music? What is up with that? Otherwise, a very nice addition to Lancaster's higher-end restaurants."

  • "Their website doesn't do them favors. My major concern after booking was if my wife and I would be able to hear to each other. It proved to be less noisy, more intimate than the photos suggest. Food is very good. The portion sizes mean more portions are needed for the average belly. That means more wonderful tastes."

  • "This was our first time at Pour. It was fun. But it was hard to tell if the rating should have been two stars or five stars. There were four of us. Two of the meals were excellent. The other good. But the Arctic Char was not cooked well at all. It was also a very long meal -- which worked well for us on this night -- and it is unclear if that is by purpose or because of the evening. There was more than enough good things to go back and try again."

  • "We had reservations the previous week, but dumb winter had to dump an annoying amount of dumb snow on us. Pour was nice enough to let us know they were closed during the storm, and that we could reschedule for a later date. We did, and we enjoyed quite the high five of a dinner. The charcuterie boards are great for sharing/stealing food from your now grumpy date cause you steal their food all the time. The food is more upper scale than I'm used to, so I continually yelled, "I'M WORTH THIS!" to reassure myself while we were there. J/k bro, everyone there was super polite and helpful, provided for a nice atmosphere and was super easy to dine and ditch."

  • "Pour was really nice, we went there for Valentine's/Birthday celebration. We had a reservation and were disappointed at first with our table but it ended up being really nice. Their tables are close together and I know some people like that, it is cozy and smaller place but very quaint and eclectic. The food was wonderful and the service was attentive. We did feel like we were important and that they appreciated us being there. The music was a little on the loud side and kind of strange for an upscale meal but not sure if it was due to being a Saturday. We would definitely be interested in trying it again."

  • "I chose to rate Pour on past experience, but for this particular evening, Pour was hosting the launch of their valentine menu with 1/2 price wine bottles, we made reservations with open table. We drove 20 minutes to their restaurant only to find it locked up at 8pm. There was no closed due to snow notice on the doors, no outgoing message of closure on their machine, no cancellation of the event on their website, and no one called to cancel our reservation. We usually love Pour and spend a lot of money there. I can say only great things about the sit-down experience at Pour. We were excited to spend our romantic evening there, but after this experience, we'll be visiting john j Jeffries- a similar restaurant and competitor- a lot more."

  • "My wife and i went here to celebrate on a Friday night. The food was good. The beer list was fantastic. The service was perfect. The only problem we had with this restaurant was that we spent 110+ and still felt hungry when we left. We would recommend this place for small groups or 6-8 to go hang out and drink with snacks. Not really great for meals, but still worth going to."

  • "We had a wonderful experience at Pour. The food was wonderful. At first the portions looked small but my husband and I left very satisfied. Any bigger portion and we would have been stuffed. The wine and beer selection was excellent. Our server was very knowledgable and also very attentive. Our only complaint was that it was very noisy. There was one large group that was getting a little out of control and it made it hard to converse with others. Would absolutely go back and recommend to others."

We celebrated our first anniversary this past Saturday evening and we were not disappointed by any aspect of our time. Our server Kayla went above and beyond to make our evening special. POUR offers a wide variety of beverages and foods in an atmosphere that is at once eclectic but unified by the great art on display. The food was delicious, well presented, and in generous portions. I appreciate the rotating selection of Charcuterie choices that we've had at our time here. Sampling selections from Italy, France, and those from local vendors helps us broaden our food horizons all within a few miles of home. The drinks selection is superb."

  • "We chose Pour for a birthday dinner on a Sunday night, & the place was adorable. It's a little difficult to find (hidden behind an art gallery) & it was very small, only 10 tables plus the bar/lounge. There were only 4 tables seated (including ours) so it was very quiet, which wasn't ideal since we're a pretty loud group, & this night was no exception since one of us shared that she'd just gotten engaged! The food was AMAZING! We got a number of appetizers to share, with wine & a few cocktails, which we really enjoyed. All of our entrees were delicious, especially the white tuna & gnocchi. Our server was so sweet and accommodating, & the menu was full of unique & delicious combinations. We would ABSOLUTELY go again, maybe brunch next time!"

Always great food with interesting flavor and texture combinations. We had goat cheese ravioli & tuna appetizers, shared a chicken main & shared a chocolate dessert. Exceptionally well prepared & really fantastic flavors - it was a wonderful meal. Super job!"

  • "We had a great New Years Eve at Pour. The staff and our server were totally amazing, helpful, offering terrific suggestions on cocktails, beer and wine, and guiding us through the menu. The food was wonderful, and the chef was very nice to accommodate a change from their offered coconut grits on the White Tuna to a root vegetable puree for my husband. I had the short ribs which were amazing as well. Also the Lobster Bisque my friend ordered was something I would absolutely order the next time we visit. We started with a board with some nice cheeses and meats, as well as the duck fat fries. The fries were great, but served in a mason jar which seemed a little awkward for sharing with the group. We will absolutely go back to Pour very soon!"

The atmosphere was great, the good was amazing and our server, Kayla, was just the best. She even brought us out a little birthday surprise.   • "Well, here's the thing: the food was good, but the menu is actually pretty limited and portions are small, almost like tapas. Which is fine if that's the way it is advertised. We thought it was overpriced, and we left hungry. My husband and I had been here before, and my daughter wanted to come because she hoped that they had a wine-tasting sampler (which would have been ideal) but they did not even have that. The waitstaff is very attentive. I give them good marks for that."

  • "Our first visit to POUR, not long after they opened, was special. Food was magnificent and carefully crafted, sourced locally and presented with pride. This second visit was a mixed bag. The charcuterie remains a must do, but the tuna appetizer was disjointed, flavorless, and had poor texture. The risotto entree was plate licking good, while the short rib was woefully short on rib and what was there was bland and chewy. Once again the patissier saved the day as the dessert was whimsical, suprising and deliscious. Third visit may just be for wine, beer, meat and cheese...POUR can be special and was not this night..."

  • "We started with a glass of wine that was recommended by the bartender based on our likes and he was spot on with his recommendation. We moved on to trying the Frites and they were simply amazing, followed by the meat and cheese selections that we're delivered nicely on a cutting board. The meats of Spain take me back to my trip to Barcelona were absolutely fabulous. We then went for two starters, red beet dish and mushrooms. You have to get both , I mean it don't comprise ... The red beets were presented in such a beautiful way but the taste was even better! The mushrooms, omg they are to die for. Then we shared the scallops entree and they simply and exquisitely prepared to perfection. Great find, amazing food and the staff was the best!"

We got there right before the rush, but even after the place got packed, the service was still very good. We will be back next time we visit Lancaster."

Noise level high when crowded but outdoor seating with flame heaters could be a nice alternative. We sat inside but outside, even on a cold night looked appealing.   • "We were really hoping to like this restaurant. The atmosphere and location are great so it has great potential. Unfortunately,at 7:30 on a Saturday night, they ran out of 3 of only 5 entrees that they offered ! The only entrees left were risotto and lamb chops. While we enjoy imaginitive menus, both the butternut squash soup and the lamb chops were served with granola. Seemed like a bizarre choice and did not compliment the items. The prices are also very expensive considering that they are "small plates" and you do not get any bread or salad with your meal. The best part of the evening was the interesting cocktail menu and we did enjoy our drinks. But overall we were disappointed. Lots of room for improvement."
