"The first time I went to Potenza, I didn't like it; maybe it was just me. This time was different. The food was excellent, the service perfect, and the ambiance very nice. The seating is so comfortable and cozy, you want to stay for hours. I had a ginger marguerita cocktail; the daily special: beef tenderloin with gorgonzola butter, potato puree and truffle glazed beets; and peppermint chocolate sorbetto for dessert. Everything was outstanding! I plan to go to Potenza more often!"

"We found Potenza delightful. Though the front of the restaurant was buzzing with activity, the area where we were seated was tranquil and pleasant. The waiters were attentive, but not obtrusive, and best of all, they paid attention to our special requests. My companion is a light eater and they accommodated her preference for smaller portions in her linguine with clams entree and salted caramel gelato. My endive salad was perfectly prepared, fresh and cool, and the "Monday special" risotto with scallops was well-prepared and nicely proportioned. We will certainly return."

"We went for lunch. Staff did not seem to happy to be open for lunch. The pizza was not very good and the chicken on the chicken salad was not trimmed very well. Doubt we will be back."

"This is the second time I've lunched at Potenza. Both times the meal was more than disappointing. The ravioli were not even lukewarm, the sauce tasteless, and gristle was in the meat filling. Hardly worth eating, much less at such a high price."

"Potenza is a great all-around experience -- the meals we had were delicious! One of us had lamb ravioli, one of us had clams and linguine and the other a chicken salad. Each was delicious. We also had an excellent waiter who took time to explain not only the specials but several of the entrees we asked about. Potenza is a great value and a great place. We will be back soon, for sure!"

"outstandingly executed food. We had tomato soup, the burrata salad -- OMG, delicious!!, and split a sausage/broccoli rabe pizza. It is a rare treat to eat such scrumptuous food. And our server was helpful and attentive. Everything was just right."
