...if U like sitting outdoors in the Alley. Dinner is definitely overpriced and nothing to write home about. It's mediocre at best...A disappointment compared to the old days!

So, we were fooled by the OpenTable account into thinking this place was a moderately decent dinner spot. Turns out, it's a drunken frat party with terrible food and service. Our food comes - cold. Our drinks our empty forever. No one checks on our food. No one brings us additional drinks. Some girl gets carried in - she then pukes all over the restaurant. Then she is moved to the window right outside of our table. Eventually we found someone to print our bill and ended up leaving a grossly huge tip because there was no one to make change for us. You're welcome.

It was our first time eating here and we enjoyed our food very much. It was very well prepared and tasted great. The only reason I gave a three star review on service is because they were desperately understaffed with only one person to wait on the entire floor. Other than that we loved it and will be going back for sure.

Definitely NOT fit for foodies. Decent bar food at best. That aside, sometimes servers should write down the order to assure they get it right.

Post is okay. I'd probably go there again for a few beers, but both my wife and I were underwhelmed by the food - small portions, kind of pricey, and just okay. The beer selection is decent and they have a fantastic bar. Weeknights seem mostly empty so you can find a nook and relax a while in low light, which is nice.

It was fun because of the people working there and good prices as well for the amount of food, but the chicken in the chicken fettuccine was not very flavorful which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise really enjoyed it! Great service, delicious crab cake appetizer, and beautiful view of the sound.

We had a large group. Plus the bar was full. Dinners were coming out two hours after the order. Not enough wine glasses. Just not prepared. The food was good when we got it. We'd go back but order 60-75 minutes before we arrive.

The food is a very fair value with emphasis on locally sourced veggies/seafood. We so appreciate your bringing back that smoked trout salad on a bed of greens and crab! Great selection of brews!Lovely service, even when busy. It's a relaxing and unpretentious local establishment. Keep up the good work!

We sat outside in the sun and it was lovely. Very busy. Not sure I would have enjoyed it as much inside. Waitress was very helpful.

An enjoyable place a bit off the beaten path. We had a group of 8 adults and kids and all agreed it was a very good, relatively inexpensive spot that had menu offerings for all to enjoy.

First visit to Post for two 60yo women. Not the best place on St Patrick's day eve if one is looking for quiet! We had planned to leave but the waitress was so charming, we decided why not stay. She went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy. The food and wine were very good but the delighful waitress is the reason it was such a fun evening for us. This is probably a great bar scene for younger clientele.

Food was reasonably good, but this restaurant seems to struggle with customer service. Every group that walked in the door had the same problem as us, there's no host or hostess so you look around confused, wondering if you're supposed to sit down. Once you sit, it takes ~20 minutes for the wait staff to realize you're there and bring you menus. I don't know if this is a new establishment, but it seems they haven't quite figured out how to run it yet.

We thought the food was very good and menu selections were interesting and looked delicious. We were fortunate to time our reservation for 6:15p as it got very busy between 6:30p-7:00p. A very fun location and we have recommended The Post to others after eating there. We will most likely return. The Post Alley area is quite busy and the shops are interesting to browse through as well.
