The food is consitantly good. While I have sampled many of the dishes served here, my all time favorite is the salmon with risotto. When you're trying to do something nice for someone else, you especially want to have a good experience. We have never been disappointed here. The staff is cordial and professional, the food is always wonderful. The set up was buffet and that does not seem to be their strong suit. The food selection was good but not at optimum temp, the bread was cold, no butter until asked for. The salad was minimal - lettuce and chopped tomatoes. There were six meats offered but sides were three kinds of potatoes and green beans. I didn't try the omlets or waffles. Dessert was good - their usual offering of tres leche and tiramisu along with little tarts.
