Positano - GreensboroPrompt seating, excellentPrompt seating, excellent service, best true Italian food in a tri-county area5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMWill definitely eat here again!Recently returned from vacation in Italy. Craving the taste and feel of a "real" Italian restaurant. Heard of Positano's by word of mouth. Atmosphere casual and comfortable. Invited another couple to join us for dinner. We were all pleasantly surprized by the generous portions and reasonable prices. Extremely happy with the dinners we ordered, which included bread and dipping oil. You can order a salad with your dinner for an extra $3.00. I had a ravioli sampler special that included 5 different raviolis in a pink cream sauce, topped with zucchini and shrimp. My friend had the vegie pasta dish and our husbands both ordered the shrimp and scallop dish. Food was fresh and delicious! Can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes!5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Mother's DayWe took a party of nine to Positano's for Mother's Day (with reservations) and had the most wonderful time. The wait staff was courteous and so attentive to our needs (my husband for example never likes to have his glass left empty).
The food was delicious and fresh. Everyone enjoyed their meal and remarked what a wonderful find it is.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMRelaxed LunchWe loved the "Neighborhood Bistro" feel. Management was very accommodating and personable. The service was attentive and knowledgeable. Authentic Italian food and affordable, quality wine. We will definitely return to try the different lunch & dinner entrees.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMI love the food at Positano.I love the food at Positano. Their pasta is really excellent, and their sauces are rich and tasty. I would like to see their open area dining partitioned off a little, as the atmosphere is rather noisy and crowded.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AM
