If you would like to book a counter reservation please make note of that when making your reservation. We can accommodate groups of 4 by using the corners of the counter

If you do not see the time you wish to book available, please call the restaurant.

  • "I have been to Posh regularly over the past four years since discovering it. Each time the experience is new due to Chef Joshua's concept of improvisational cuisine. I can honestly say that in all the times I have been to Posh, I have never had exactly the same dish twice. This time round the best item I had was an uni cheese cake. That title doesn't due this delicious item justice, so dang good. I strongly recommend the wine pairing option. Posh does a very good job of mixing interesting and unusual wines from all over the world including AZ and matching them with the courses served. Already making plans to return and I live in L.A.!"

  • "The food was very good but a couple of the fish items seems slightly over-cooked and therefore a little dry (Mahi mahi and Copper River Salmon). Neither myself nor my date felt the food justified the price of the meal. It seemed over-priced by about 20-25%. I do love the concept of the restaurant I only wish I would be able to visit more often to sample the variety the chef has to offer but at $100 /dinner (with drink and tip) I cannot justify it."

  • " I have to say that I was more than impressed. There were two in our party and we had though we had marked off similar items on our checklist, we never received the same dish. Everything was absolutely delicious and the platings were beautiful. The combinations were perfectly paired and balanced. You could see the chefs' passions in each plate. Sitting at the Chef's Counter was also a treat because we were able to see the preparations for not only our dishes, but all the ones that were going to the other tables. The head Chef was extremely friendly and personable. The staff of chefs communicated efficiently and quietly, executing all dishes fluently. I definitely recommend this experience for anyone who has not tried it."

  • "What a great experience. My wife and I chose the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairings. To our great surprise, for each course my wife and I actually received different dishes with a different wine pairing. We shared each dish so actually got to experience 14 different things. All the courses were very delicious, especially the "add-on" foie gras dish which was epic!"

  • "I loved the attention paid to details. So fun to be able to tell them what you do and don't want to eat. My partner and I each got something different paired with wine and it was phenomenal.. Delicious! We sat at the "bar" to watch the chef and crew - and we chatted with Chef which is always fun! Great waiter."

  • "Overall the experience was great. We had some family members who had never experienced thus type of meal. Service was great, Reed was knowledgeable and charismatic in all aspects of service. The food was good. There were some cooking issues that we thought could have been done differently. But overall all of the courses were creative and let the group share and converse."

  • "Definitely something to try, though I don't think I will return any time soon. Most of us don't have four hours for dinner."

  • "This is am amazing food experience-- you try things you would never order. The idea of saying what you wont eat from todays list of ingredients gives the chef endless opportunities to impress your palette. I travel around the world and this is one of my favorite places to eat."

  • "Thrilled that a restaurant like this exsists offering creative and unique cuisine! Service was wonderful being attentative and not pretentious. I can't wait to return!"

  • "Food was outstanding. Not impressed by the staff. At times they were hard to hear when they were explaining the courses. Took to long to get another drink also. Also it was very loud in there. That could be one of the reasons why we couldn't hear the staff?? I will go there again, because the food was excellent."

  • "We can't believe it took us so long to enjoy this unique experience and fine dining. Josh and the staff were very engaging and knowledgeable about the food and preparations. We gave no restrictions on the 6 course selection which created anticipation and made the evening exciting and surprising. No regrets and definitely discovered new tastes and likes. Can't wait until we get back and plan to get to Ramen night soon."

  • "Our dining was great, but that is the norm here....love it!"

  • "If you are the least bit finicky, you will not enjoy this place. It is great fun for the open-minded, adventurous eater. They give you a list of items, and you can cross out what you do not want. It is a mistake to cross out anything unless you have a gluten, diabetic, etc. problem. You can eat many unfamiliar things with new, strange tastes. One of my plates was monk fish liver in cucumber juice. The ambience is modern with chrome and glass. It can get a bit noisy as the crowd builds up. Servers were knowledgeable and attentive."

  • "This was an absolutely AMAZING experience. We got to sit at the counter and interact with the Chef and Owner and all the Su-Chef's during our whole meal. We splurged and went for the Omakase Chef chosen 12-14 course meal and it was well worth the money and time we spent there. We are already planning our next trip there. For those looking for a unique culinary experience this is Well worth it. "

  • "My husband and I visited the Phoenix area over the weekend and had the pleasure of dining at Posh. We loved the format -- pick the number of courses and let them know what you don't like. The rest was a mystery to us until each fabulous course arrived. We chose 7 courses, which really ended up being 14 as we sampled each other's food throughout the evening. Each course was unique, beautiful and delicious. The service was stellar. Our only complaint is that we don't have Posh in Sacramento. We hope this restaurant continues to do well and that Phoenix area foodies find this gem. "

  • "Love the concept of this restaurant ---- but our group of four found the courses to be very inconsistent. Some were absolutely perfect, others average and not memorable, and a couple were so overly-salted, we could barely eat them. Service was efficient but "cold". With our group being one of only 2 tables eating on a Wednesday night, we expected near perfection, especially at this price point………Instead we came home talking about the "hit" and "miss" courses."

  • "My husband and I tried POSH for the first time last week. We are fans of trying new food and really enjoyed the concept. The unknown menu kept us anticipating each course. We had the 5 course menu which was plenty of food. I would go back"

  • "We had a group of four that ate there for the first time. We have eaten at several places around the world and had heard all the hype about this place and wanted to try it. We got the four course and two bottles of wine. The experience was exceptional from presentation to the service. We only had on issue and that was my wife's pork belly. It was so dried out, the worse pork belly we have ever eaten."

  • "Enjoyed our second visit here as much as the first. Food was always a pleasant and tasty surprise, beautifully presented and exploding with flavor. Service was friendly and the waiter warmed up once we saw that we were more of a fun than serious table. These dishes are far from what you would find at many nicer restaurants; prices are accordingly higher which makes this a Restaurant Week must-go!"

  • "I have read many great reviews about Posh, but for my wife and I we were a little disapointed in the quality and price of food. The Kobe beef was dry and unflavorful, the main dishes were small. the price with tip and no drinks was 150.00"

  • "The four of us had totally different meals, and everyone agreed that every bite was fabulous. Our server Mike was awesome, personable and knowledgable. My food allergy was no problem at all. The noise level was pretty much deplorable. Conversation was a real challenge. We would only recommend this restaurant to friends who don't want to talk to each other, or who can come when there is no crowd. When would that be??"

  • "It is was very interesting concept. While the food was really good, the portions were also very small. Both my wife and I were hungry when we left and that does not leave a good feeling after a four course meal. I don't know if the portions are the same between a four and six course meal, but we both were left wanting more. "

  • "The food definitely is the number one highlight of this restaurant. I usually have a hard time choosing what I would like to eat and the surprise factor is pretty amazing! My friend and I did 5 courses and a bottle of wine and it was all perfectly timed and delicious. I started with a vegetable porridge, then enjoyed a seed encrusted escolar, followed by diver scallops in a light sauce with truffle oil, then an amazing halibut cheek with some whipped potatos and wasabi (OMG delicious), and lastly my dessert was a chocolate ganache with strawberries and raspberries. The whole experience was amazing and I cannot wait to go back and try more courses! Highly recommend!"

  • "Great place for adventurous diners. It's the most fun if you're willing to go out on a limb. Everything they brought us was delicious, and some of the best were things I probably wouldn't have ordered off a traditional menu, like the escargot, so I'm glad I went with an open mind. It was a little loud in there, but it may have been because it was Restaurant Week."

  • "My boyfriend and I tried this place during Arizona Restaurant Week (we found it on the website). The place is very unique and it was definitely an interesting place to stop by and try. Although it is considered to be 'improvisational cuisine', I think there might be a set amount of dishes for the night that you may get based off your food choice selections. The caramel creme desert was amazing!!! This place is good for people willing to try new things, but be prepared for a lot of white plate. You are not going to get a lot of food and that definitely left my boyfriend and I running to McDonalds later that night."

  • "Different is what it is; and by its nature always fun. Table talk (and plate envy) dominate the meal. The range of cuisine that any diner will receive dictates going with the wine pairing; opting for only one wine means missing a major part of the experience. The format means that the service has to be at the more personalized and attentive level that any engaged diner would want; and POSH delivers. "

  • "Took our foodie friend from the UK for a Saturday night dinner. Had 8 courses with wine pairing. Generous portions and pours. Wonderfully prepared and diverse foods. Very attentive and fun service. Met the chef and had an overall great time. Our first visit but will be our go to for special occasions. "

  • "I went to Posh with my boyfriend as a dinner before prom. Dinner was the highlight of the night. We told everyone we knew about how great things were and we want to o back as soon as we can! We loved it and I love talking to Chef Josh. Knowing him through EVIT and C-Cap he really made my date and I feel welcomed."

  • "We ordered the 5 course menu. 1st course is salad and last is dessert. The amount of food we received for the 3 courses in between was the perfect amount so we felt full but not stuffed. The wine pairing was a good addition and not overwhelming either. I enjoyed the experience of not ordering from a regular menu and instead just crossing off a couple of things I did not want from a list. Definitely one of the most exciting and satisfying dinners I have had in a while. Can't wait to go back"

  • "Chef Hebert and his team at Posh never disappoint. If you enjoy the experience of a multi-course tasting menu, then Posh is the place for you. Treat yourself or a loved one for a special occasion. You won't be disappointed. It's a great way to try a variety of dishes and foods, especially foods you may not have the opportunity to try otherwise."

  • "I have designated this restaurant as my favorite in Phoenix and always make a point to visit when I am in town. This most recent visit was for my Birthday and it had been about 2yrs since I had been able to come back, but as always Josh (Owner/Chef) remembered me and came by my table for a chat. It is the personal touches like that, in addition to the outstanding food and creativity of the dishes, that will always bring me back."

  • "I enjoy frequenting Posh as the food and experience are usually over the top and the service is very attentive. This trip was early on a Wed evening at the bar. A business associate had never been to Posh before and upon sitting down pointed to me that the food must not be very good and pointed to 3-4 open Dominos Pizza boxes sitting out in the open in the kitchen in plain site of the guests, not a great first impression. The waitresses were overly eager to congregate back at the end of the kitchen an talk rather than be attentive to the customers as we waited for the basics a couple of times. This is one negative review among many glowing reviews of Posh and it is still in my Top 5 restaurants to frequent in Phoenix. "

  • "Every course that came out was better than the one before. I was literally claiming each one to be the most delicious thing I have ever tasted, and I have tasted many things! The wine was paired logically and deliciously. Some surprising and delightful combinations of flavors. The wild boar bacon I had was the tastiest ever! I would go here all the time if it wasn't also the most expensive meal I've ever purchased. You get what you pay for."
