Our modern approach to fine dining offers the guest a list of daily ingredients, the diner crosses off any ingredients they do not like, and the kitchen prepares a seasonal menu, avoiding dislikes. This seasonal approach to dining creates an interactive experience for those guests who choose to sit… at the counter. The Chef's counter surrounds the open kitchen. If you would like to book a counter reservation please make note of that when making your reservation. We can accommodate groups of 4 by using the corners of the counter
