We really liked the food at Posh, as this was our 2nd time eating there. The service was great, friendly and was prompt. The only thing I didn't like was that we made a reservation on Open Table, and was told we couldn't use our Social Shopper because apparently Posh has to pay a fee to Open Table for the reservation. There should have been this noted somewhere.

They opened a bit late and there were two more groups waiting outside the door with us. The service was awful, there were only 3 tables, but even when the food is ready on the counter, it takes forever for the waitress to send it our way. The food was just ok, we used the groupon and it was totally not worth the money we paid. Not a good deal at all. Will not recommend to anyone and will not go back again. Just regret that I didn't check their ratings before buying the groupon.

My friends and I went to Posh as a group of 11. They were very accomodating and let as all be together at the larger table instead of being seperated. The food came very fast after we put in our order. I really enjoyed the Malay soup base and will definitely get that the next time. Like most food ayce places, they never give you the actual amount you ordered. we ordered 20 of each meat, and they only brought us 10 of each. One thing that surprised me is that they have instant noodles as an option (it was yummy). Overall, it's a good place to go if you're hungry.

Came here late around 1:40 with a friend, the restaurant was empty maybe it was busier earlier? The waitress was really attentive and helpful. We ordered the sukiyaki broth which was still pretty salty even after we put in the teapot of water. Not sure if posh is just one price now for lunch and dinner? We were charged 15.99(I think) per person. But overall the experience was still pretty good. I'll probably come back for dinner next time and go for the clear soup base though.

Nothing special other than it is all-you-can eat. But then they kind of go cheap with the portion. e.g. 4 orders of mushroom = 4 cut pieces of one mushroom...

I am a huggge fan of hot pot. I would call it an addiction lol. I had never tried Sukiyaki before and a friend recommended I try it and when Socialshopper had a deal for Posh i jumped at the chance to try it and I LOVE IT! Food was delicious and servers were really great overall. I will definitely be coming back!

The menu was cut down quite a bit, they no longer have instant noodles on the menu. :( The tables felt sticky and the servers were not happy to be there. It has gone downhill quite a bit.

I've been to Posh a few times before and found it to be typical Asian service where servers are always on the go with no time to check up on you and it's hard to flag down someone for service. This time, we went on a weekday and the service was excellent. The servers were friendly and came back many times to check up on us and even to explain the procedure and the drinks. We were one of the two tables that was there that night and there was no rush for us.

Went to Posh on a SS voucher with 3 peeps. Nice big booths and decent decor. Our voucher was prix fixe so we didn't have to decide on anything other than drinks and meat. Drinks were very cool and refreshing. Selected the sukiyaki broth which was very tasty but a bit too salty and required to be watered down. The platters of food were more than enough for the four of us. We couldn't finish everything they brought. Unlimited rice and udon noodles were a nice touch. Everything was fairly good except the dessert mochi which had very dry and pasty skins. And anything extra, such as sauces, were an extra charge.

Came on the Social Shopper deal and four of us could not finish all the food. Broth was tasty, meat was of decent quality, veggies were fresh, and the drinks were pretty good. The dessert of mochi ice cream was disappointing though as they seemed old. Didn't like that everything else was an extra charge (tea, hot sauce, satay sauce, etc.) Still, it was a good value and I would recommend it to others who have a big appetite and like hot pot.

Service was awesome! But the meat selection was poor...age very VERY fatty. My partner and I were starving so we overlooked this. Not a place I want to come regularly unless I'm actually trying to get fat. The veggie selection was good though. I was really here for the meat so I was a little disappointed. And the specialty honey beer they had was hard to down. No need for a reservation as the place was dead, but I guess it's worth it if you're looking for points.

Food was very fresh and the hot pot broth was amazing! If you are hungry, you can be eating in 5 minutes from sitting down! The staff is also super friendly! Only issue was we were missing a couple of the utensils for the actual hot pot, but the staff happily grabbed them for us.

A nice Japanese style hotpot place. The decor is adequate and nothing noteworthy. The food are good, tasty and lots of choices and right portion size. The drinks are alright and does the job. The service is good and speedy. The servers are very courtesy and smiles most of the time even thought our group kept ordering meat every 5 min. Very good for hanging out with buddies and/or with family in cold weather.

The meat is sliced just right, thick enough for a succulent taste, thin enough for hotpot. All the fresh veggies were crisp and green and cold. The menu is a bit limited compared to other places, but for $18 for AYCE, it's a great menu. The waitresses and waiters were amazing for a friday night! The moment I noticed my water was empty, they were there like ninjas and filled up the teapot (for the soup) and they cleared away the dishes without me realizing. The food came out. They were all smiles and politeness. The restaurant was clean, the lighting not too bright so it was a bit intimate.

good experience over all. It got cheaper (less than 20 for a person) comparing to the last time I went to Posh, which was two years ago. I love the beef, ends up having too much...the service was fast, as soon as we ordered, the food was there. We ordered Pepsi which is also refillable. I don't know, we went on a Friday night, but there seems to be not much people. We actually didn't know about the reservation requirement and showed up a week before that Friday, on that Friday, the place was packed and we were told that they only take reservations now.

  • Awesome All you Can Eat Sukiyaki
    OpenTable Diner Since 2012
    Dined on 7/27/2012
This was my first time having Sukiyaki and it was fantastic! We wanted to try someplace really authentic and based on other reviews and word of mouth we thought we'd give Posh a try. The waiter showed us how everything worked and even brought us out a sample of the different types of vegetables on the menu we had never heard of before. The food was so fantastic! really good... The pork and beef are so good. One thing I did notice is that near the end of our meal (say about 45 mins..) we had run out of water to "water down" the sauce and it started to get really thick and really salty fairly quickly. This is where i would have preferred a bit better service from the waiter as he never did come around to ask if we needed anything else.

I've been here before, but it had been a few years. The decor and dining style are both exactly how I remember it. It was quiet, but I went on a Monday night, so I didn't expect it to be rowdy. The menu has greatly decreased, with fewer food options: less variation on vegetables. Overall, I would go there again because I always love me some All You Can Eat, but I won't go back anytime soon.

not valuable at all, costs a bit more than other "all you can eat" places. Not many choices of food and even lesser than a year ago! The price increase cannot be justified. They used to have free eggs side aside for customers, they didn't have them until I asked. Not only that, for the complimentary drinks, they wouldn't let you know until you read the drink menu clearly.
