First time going to Porter's Lane. Made reservation thru open table and they took us right in on time. Charming,decor. Staff friendly. Had a kids menu on mothers day as well. Food was delicious and spaced out nicely. Did not leave hungry or full. Just theright amount.

Our visit was on St. Patrick's Day so the atmosphere was vibrant with traditional holiday music playing in the background. The restaurant is in an old house which adds to the charm & warmth. The menu had a great variety. Everything we had (except the bread, it was stale) was excellent--calamari, stuffed clams, fresh garden salad (simple, fresh) braised short ribs, scallops & risotto, and finally dessert. Chocolate cupcake with khalua cream center and chocolate drizzle that had some sort of liquor flavor topped with van. ice cream. No Sisco food here, that's for sure! Extremely attentive and courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server Katt was awesome. Loved the hostess' even which usually is the worst part of any restaurant. These girls up front were extremely nice and polite and not at all rude and obnoxious like most hostess' seem to be.
