The first impression is the decoration which looks very ancient, classic with its wooded decorated wall. I think it goes with the customer which average age was approximately 65 years old. I took the petite filet mignon served with grilled esparagus - perfect cook and match!
My friend took the lobster tail, the presentation was perfect and taste was great.Overall we were satisfied of our visit. Very good appetizer selection. The Spinach, Artichoke & Parmesan Ramekin is a must. The home-made New England Clam Chowder and French Onion Soup are terrific. This place is a gem.
Surprisingly, the fresh salmon can match any fresh daily catch on the East or West Coast. Amazing for Minnesota!

In generally, the prices are very high; I can afford it maybe once a year for very special occasion.
The drink that I had - Martini Flash (peach) was good, too. It comes in a shaker which waitress left with us and we pour in our glass as often as we want.

In my opinion, I liked Porterhouse the best. The location, the atmosphere,the delicious food, and the reasonable prices. And it was just more my style. I'm not a downtown kind of girl, I'm more jeans and sweatshirts.
The food was outstanding and the service matched. We were treated so kindly. The pace of the food delivery was something we all noticed too. We weren't being rushed at all.
The only thing that was a challenge is the parking!
