I knew they had great desserts,but this was the first time we had dinner. Yummy! The jalapeño tuna tartare was so good, highly recommend. Two of us enjoyed the filet mignon with chimichurri sauce, delicious,, and the sides were so good too, heirloom tomato and avocado salad, fingerling potatoes, haricot verts. I couldn't stop eating, it was so delicious. Husband had the champagne chicken and he raved about it and the mashed potatoes. Again, his plate was clean. Souffle dessert and the churros a big hit at our table. The best was the personal service we received from Ryan. What a great server. We walked in a little after our reservation time and were surprised to see that even at that late hour - 9pm- on a weeknight (Wednesday) it was full and busy! The selection of food was excellent, the drinks were awesome too. But the service was top notch. I can't recall the name of our waiter, but he was very attentive and courteous. Service was flawless! Something for everyone. Most of the food was very good. However, I had the steamed buns, with pork and/or veggies. The veggies were good, but the pork was unacceptable...very fatty. I little fat is ok..but if over 50% of the offering is fat, the cook needs corrective glasses. Also, I was expecting something like Chinese bao. These were more like mini- hamburger buns with two slices of bun with the goodies in-between, not the meat/veggies steamed inside and totally covered by the bun. They didn't use the word "bao" and I didn't ask, so I'll give them a little slack on that.

The restaurant is high on aesthetic presentations. The two wait staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were spread a little thin with just the two of them there. This was OK as we were there for a leisurely dinner. I would recommend this spot for a quiet tete-a-tete with delicious appetizers. It's a beautiful spot, the music is perfect (not too loud - you can still have a conversation but you can zone out and listen to the music too). The food is amazing - be prepared to let your friends steal bites from your plate. I had see it before online, so this was a great opportunity to try it out. The coupon included a flight of champagne or wine and a cheese tray. Our waiter Spencer was very helpful in choosing our wine and cheese. Told us the back ground of my champagne flight and my friend's reds. We ordered some additional small plates and were not disappointed. The only one negative was when we ordered a full glass of wine, we were not able to taste it beforehand. We went with the waiter's recommendation (really, the bartender I think) and were disappointed.

We also ordered a mimosa, bellini made with real peach puree, almond joy, and sparking hibiscus. They were all delicious. All the food and drink in this restaurant feels like it is made by hand, with love, and great care. They were all divine. You simply must try this restaurant/bar. My group came in for a bachelorette dinner , so it was a larger group of needy females, and everything came out perfectly. Our server was attentive without being overwhelming, and made the bachelorette, my sister, feel like a queen. Our glasses were never empty and the table always had a new course of food, both excellently timed. The decor is gorgeous and the ambiance is nothing less than ideal. I prefer red wine, but my wife is not much of a drinker, but enjoys sparkling wine, so this was a place both of us could enjoy. I loved the deviled eggs and mushroom bruschetta. If the other desserts were as good as the scoop of ice cream with chocolate sauce I had, I'll have to come back for more. I also like the large happy hour menu, and the fact that it lasts until 7pm. I was looking for a light meal with drinks so I had the soup and a starter salad. The minestrone soup was decent, but not on par with the quality of their other menu items. I was also a bit disappointed with the starter salad, which had a bit too much dressing.
My friend and I both ordered different flights, and all of the wines were great. She had a salmon salad that surely tasted as amazing as it looked. She loved it.
We finished our meal with the souffle du jour which was Wonderful!! Blueberry Banana with Caramel Anglaise = heavenly!
Then, to our surprise, we were presented with a complimentary sample of new ice cream & sorbet flavors! We were both fascinated by the plethora of champagne & wine on the menu. Pop Champagne provided a romantic setting to enjoy with my spouse, particularly the quiet seating arrangement. There was also a vibrant bar to enjoy for groups or single people looking to enjoy a deliscous
drink. The drink specials and appetizers before 7 are a great way to sample this location and alleviate a somewhat expensive menu.
