Po Le has over 30 years' experience in the food business. He is experienced in French and Italian cuisine with an Asian background. Gourmet hors d'oeuvres and banquets for private parties and special events are available.
Po Le is a fine Pastry Chef, having mastered sherberts, ice creams,… hot and cold soufflés, cookies, petite fours, cakes and tarts.
We make our own unique ravioli and gnocchi dishes.
