The ambience is rustic, but upscale and refined. Service was great with our server, Matthew, who was competent, attentive, and friendly. I would describe the menu as contemporary California and the food is all locally sourced with the origination of the each item is noted on the menu. Everything we had was excellent, but the Dungeness crab macaroni and cheese was spectacular. We also tried the pancetta wrapped roasted shrimp, the organic Arborio risotto and the applewood smoked local sturgeon. All are great choices. There is a great cocktail list divided into classics and current creations. The wine list is also very good. The food was all fresh and delicious! The servers were all knowledgeable and pleasant. And ambience was just perfect!

The server was so nice and offered another dish, but I didn't want anything else. She told the manager who came over and was also so sweet and took off the price of that dish. It was unusually load the night we went as there was a group gathering in the bar area.
