"The food was very good. My husband and I each had the fish preparations. The service was lacking. We arrived 15 min prior to our reservation and we were more than willing to have a drink at the bar but they seated us anyway. It took 20 min for s server to come over and give us water and take a drink order. I had to get up and go to the hostess to ask what was taking so long. Only then they stoppef ignoring us. Also disappointed in the ambiance. We were looking for a romantic meal as our last in hawaii but were seated next to four children two that were babies and screamed the whole time."

"We have been here 3 times before and always loved it. The food was great except the creme brûlée was not very good. Must have is the beet salad, delicious. The fish catch of the day was very good. The views are wonderful, must get there early to watch sunset. Our service was not so good, server not very friendly and after we got our main meal, he was not very attentive at all. Even with that said, I would highly recommend."

"The setting is marvelous, bordering on spectacular depending on where in the restaurant you actually are seated. Service was very good, although an initial visit from our server was longer in coming than we expected. Food was great, with a wide selection of dishes other than fish for anyone concerned about that. Menu includes the chef's suggested wine pairings with various dishes, which is a nice feature to me."

"Fish entrees were over cooked! The selections of preperations were amature and too complex. I made reservations in advance for our anniversary- our table sat in front of the corner of the wall. Only one of us had the beautiful view. We, ourselves, had to move the table so we both could enjoy the view. Not busy, why not a better table- same tables with a great view were empty when we left?"
