The service was the best part. The food was good. The only part of could not get over was how it was way!!!!! Over priced. It smells like an old funeral home the booths reek of age. And the "dj" played songs with videos of half naked women when there were families with children.

Always loved going to PH, when it was backed by Stallone, Willis & Arnold (see what I did there?) Service was great, the movie props were a hit with the kids; the only downside was the slow kitchen service for our group of 9 in an otherwise empty restaurant. Go for the spinach and Peach salad, you won't be disappointed!!

My family and I had a tough time finding a dining location around dinner time. I had always seen Planet Hollywood whenever we vacationed at Myrtle Beach. We took the time to make reservations which took away all the wait. We were seated immediately and greeted with a very nice host. The atmosphere was fun and the food great. Even my picky teenagers enjoyed themselves. While waiting for our food, we walked around and looked at the movie memorabilia, which was interesting and fun. We will definitely be back!

Food was a disappointment. $5.99 Salad had mixed greens tomatoes and cucumber, for that price expected more. Fried lasagna was dry definitely needed extra sauce. Place felt old and run down, even servers seemed bored. Had eaten there years ago, will not go back.

Went here while on vacation and it lived up to our expectations. Overpriced appetizers with skimpy portions in a cool restaurant environment. Once you go, there is no need to ever go twice. Glad we saw the memorabilia. But I can't see any couple or family returning (we had 6) and the restaurant, respectfully, provides no incentive to do so. Enjoy your visit and the food but take plenty of pictures; you won't be back.

Took my family to Planet Hollywood for late dinner. The atmosphere was cool and interesting with all the memorabilia. However the food quality was poor. My fajitas were average at best, 2 of my kids got Mac and Cheese it was cold and tasted like it was made from powdered cheese. My other kids got the Chicken Crunchers which they did not like - cold and tasteless. This was a one shot deal not going back.

We were a party of 16. We did not have trouble reserving a table. The service was outstanding. The food was as expected. The only downside was that we were seated in a wing where there were too many teenagers at one table, who made a lot of noise - but that's not the restaurant's fault. Overall, I would come back again.

Nachos and Chicken Tenders were decent, but the burgers were disgusting. My husband wonders if his burger was actually meat or if they gave him veggie on accident. He took two bites, but couldn't choke anymore down. It was the first dish that my husband has sent back in the 18yrs that I've known him! Server apologized and said he would take it off the bill, but then left the burger sitting in front of my husband for 30 mins before clearing the table. Really??? My son was starving so he choked down about half of his before sending up the white flag. The meal was truly awful...and we paid >$80 for it!!! Never again!

Went here for my moms birthday. Our table was right next to their dj booth. I had an infant and a 3 year old with me. There was no room as their manager kept playing "games" which meant even more people right beside us. Customer service was terrible. Asked to move and was told there was no tables even though plenty say vacant. Food was terrible. Macaroni cheese was processed. Lasagne was hard and horrible and blackened pasta was pretty bad too. No atmosphere, we have been to PH in Florida and enjoyed our visit but not sure I would visit again.

I was excited upon entering the restaurant and a little confused when we opened the door. We finally figured out to go downstairs & then we were greeted by a hostess. After I gave the hostess our name we were quickly seated. The server greeted us a few minutes later but quickly got our drinks. She seemed to be frazzled & in a hurry once she took care of us. The kids enjoyed walking around while waiting for their food. When we got our food we were ready to eat a delicious meal! It was mediocre at best. We asked other workers to bring us condiments because our server was out of sight. I would prefer it if our server was the ONE taking care of us. We finally finished our meal but needed to go boxes. This time I had to get up from the table to

Took 6 kids here and 5 wanted a hamburger but they don't have hamburgers on the kids menu so they had to order adult meals. Food is good but won't come back with kids, not enough choices on the menu. The movie props are great but from old movies from back in the 90's which none of my kids knew besides the ninja turtle. Needs to be updated.

We've dined here before. We went this time because we needed a place that a 16 year old and 5 year old would both enjoy. Our server was terribly slow and upon seeing our completely empty cups, asked us if we wanted refills. It was another fifteen or so minutes before we got them. There were five of us at the table and several tables nearby that arrived well after us were eating their food before we ever got ours. My husband and I decided to order a few appetizers and split them. We got the chicken tenders (which is supposed to be one of their specialties), the egg rolls and the nachos. Both the nachos and egg rolls were fine, not great. The chicken tenders had obviously been sitting for a while as they were both cold and hard.

We made reservations and planned out our night at Planet Hollywood expecting something totally different than what we got - the food was really, really not great. The service was good, however, but like everything in Myrtle Beach, it feels like you are being served really fast to move you along. Even the memorabilia was kind of tired looking - and there is nothing there from any movie after 1990. It was weird but our family of 4 went with the flow and ate the bad food and checked out the random props used in B movies that were on display... I feel like a place called Planet Hollywood should be awesome but this was pretty beat.

We went to Planet Hollywood on our last night of vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC and made reservations on-line.. We were sat down as soon as we got there, had an excellent time, looked at all of the memorabilia on the walls.. We just had burgers and fries, but they were quite good.. It did take about 15-20 extra minutes to get our bill to cash out, but overall an excellent end to a great vacation..Would definitely visit again.

Due to having a reservation, we were seated right away. However, we waited for an hour for our food, which wasn't better than any other typical restaurant, just higher priced. The noise level was a bit loud for me. We couldn't carry on a general conversation at our table due to the fact that nobody could hear each other. Our waitress forgot one of the drinks and didn't return with it for 25 minutes, then served the wrong dressing with the salad. She also didn't check for refills until we were finished with our meal. The restaurant was not that busy or full for her not to be able to fulfill her job responsibilities properly. It just seemed to be poor service. The best quality of the restaurant was the memorabilia from the movies.
