Having been in the service industry myself when I was younger (for 14 years), I appreciate and can relate to good service. Food & decor are meaningless if the people who work there give the impression they would rather be somewhere else. This was not the case & I would gladly recommend your establishment to family & friends.
A few more brunch choices or possibly maybe brunch "specials" might make it a little more rounded. At least 3 managers I noticed making the rounds to make sure everything was going as it should. A little loud, but if I wanted quiet, I'd go to the library. Never had a bad meal. I usually order the veggie burger, which is always delicious. Tough decision whether to stick with the skinny, crispy fries that come with, or switch to the awesome mac & cheese. Luckily, I was able to negotiate a deal with my hubby to share his fries and my mac & cheese...best of both worlds!
