  • "The food was great and service was even better. We all had water and before glasses were 1/3 empty they were filled again. never had to ask for a refill. Food was great for the price and very enjoyable waitress. We were there for wife's birthday dinner and it was a great night. "

  • "This is the upscale Italian restaurant at Turning Stone casino. Food is good, and the portions are a reasonable size. Wait staff is friendly. They also have several vegetarian options, which is nice."

  • "The food is always good and reliable. You really don't get inferior quality. The Expeditor will not let food go out that is not presentable. I personally know my food was held up a few weeks ago because it was refired a few times. There is a lot of seasoning and flavor and a nice selection to choose from including vegetarian selections. I would recommend Pino."

  • "The atmosphere was lovely. The waitress was friendly, informative, and accommodating. We loved the bread. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and delicious. My son said the tomato basil soup was the best he ever had. I loved the greens. Our overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. I feel for special occasions this will be our go to place."

  • "This has been a favorite of mine for awhile, located in the Turning Stone Casino I like it better then the steak house. Although I like the décor better before the big make over it is still one of the best places to eat. The service is great, they are consistent with the food quality and I have never been disappointed. My favorite dish is the surf and turf YUM!"

  • "The food was great the atmosphere was fantastic. It was a romantic quiet dinner for my wife and I. We were very happy with our waitress and we did not feel rushed at all. Will definitely recommend it to our friends and be back ourselves."

  • "I really enjoyed sitting at the table facing into the kitchen. It was entertaining to watch the chefs prepare the meals. I would definitely like to sit at the same table next time!"

  • "My husband and I didn't the weekend at the casino and picked pino bianco as our dinner for our second night. He had spaghetti and I had Manicotti. It was by far the best Manicotti I have ever eaten. My husband only complaint was too much garlic. We were very happy with it service and the attentiveness the wait staff displayed. Thanks for a great evening."

  • "This is the second time I have dined at Pino Bianco with friends at Turning Stone and both times we have had great food, nice atmosphere and plenty to do after dinner! The prices were very reasonable also."

  • "For me room decor was too much RED. However, the food & service was outstanding and that was most important. My next trip to the Turning Stone will include another at the Pino Bianco"

  • "Have been at this restaurant two previous times and was overall very good. The last experience was not good. Waited way to long for main entree, chicken parm was very salty & dry."

  • "I rarely complain about restaurants but my observations…parties who were seated after us received their food well before us, the dining area wreaked of cigarette smoke and the food, while good, was way overpriced. I am from the area which has much better Italian food with better atmosphere and service."

  • "We've been fans of this restaurant for years. When they went through their re-model things changed dramatically. Going from a nice, high end romantic classy to something much more chain like (think Olive Garden). The food is still good, but it's expensive for the atmosphere."

  • "Service was awful. Slow, uncaring. Got order wrong. Others served around us well after we arrived. Rarely saw server. Bad anniversary experience. Food however was very good."
    Dined on 2/16/2014
  • "Food was good but a bit pricey for simple Italian dishes. They ran out of ravioli at 830pm so that was disappointing. Waited a lot longer than usual for our food, but no huge complaints. Portions seemed super small compared to other Italian restaurants. Bar was cool and decent drink prices. I would go again but maybe just to the bar or pino pronto out front...i could get better Italian locally with cheaper prices."

  • "My wife and I went to Pino on Sat. after valentines day. Everything was excellent. However, we were slightly disappointed that the menu was pared down because of the valentines weekend and because there was a major concert (what our server told us) We looked at the menu online before deciding to go Pino. My wife was looking forward to the chicken francese and I, the veal parmigiana. Neither of which were on the menu when we arrived to the restaraunt. Instead we the lasagna and chicken rigatoni. Both were excellent. The "chicken riggies" had more of a stroganoff like flavor rather than the traditional red/cheese sauce. We will b back to hopefully try the "normal" size menu."

  • "I've dined at pino in the past and had a good experience however a reservation I made for my husband and I for valentines day made so I will probably never dine at this restaurant again. The food was delicious as it has been in the past but the waitress never brought us bread but did to all the tables around us, it took an obscene amount of time to get our food as well. I understand it was a holiday and it was very busy but to wait 30 minutes for a piece of cake to be cut and served to us is a little much. We were about to tell her to forget it and give us the check. For the amount of money we spent we expected a wonderful experience and it was anything but that. It turned what was to be a great night into A disaster. Very unhappy."

  • "We have been to Pino Bianco before, and never had this bad of an experience. Our calamari appetizer came out promptly and was very good. Our salads then came out almost right after the appetizer and had to be put aside until we finished. The salads were average at best, my wife's salad was soggy and my caprese salad tomatoes were soft, not firm and fresh. We then had to wait 45 minutes at least until our entree's were served. My filet was cooked correctly, but the roasted potatoes were overdone and the spinach was almost non-existent. My wife's chicken parm appeared at if it was made an hour before and then put under a heating lamp. The sauce was dried up, and the mozzarella cheese was hard. There is even more I could write, but am limited."

  • "I found the food was excellent. Also there was great service. Usually when I dine out the waitress is either not there enough or way too much. The waitress was there just enough. Thank you for an excellent dining experience!"

  • "Our waitress was exceptional. When I indicated that I wanted on item not on the menu, but on the online menu, she talked to the "kitchen" and was able to fulfill my wish! Great service."

  • "It was a thoroughly delightful evening. Very welcoming staff from the moment we stepped through the door. Very relaxed comfortable dining room, but the food was the focus for me. Excellent! I don't often go out for Italian food because I seldom find better than what I can prepare, but in this case I will absolutely return. The eggplant was some of the best I have ever had. The chicken with the hot peppers was perfect. I love all the side offerings. Try the broccolini as well as the charred peppers. The zeppole and and tiramisu were light and not overly sweet."

  • "We had a wonderful meal and Michelle (think that is who we had) was a pleasure. Only complaint is the smoke in turning stone which, fortunately didn't follow us into the dining area."

  • "This restaurant quickly took the #1 spot on my list of places to go. The food, the service, the atmosphere are all top notch. I've never tasted such quality. The selection is impossibly delightful and you're already thinking about when you can come back before you even leave."

  • "The red sauce is delicious, I would recommend the eggplant or lasagna"

  • "Usually when I come to eat at Pino, I have a 5 star meal. I ordered the veal with polenta (which is one of my favorite dishes there) and my wife ordered the lasagna. I have to say that this time around I was disappointed. The polenta was dry and the veal was not as tender as I have had in my previous times eating it there. Also, my wife's lasagna had a couple of "burn spots" that had to be removed. I have to say that the meal was not worth the cost this time around. Not sure if I will return due to the disappointing meal, but not due to the service. I have no problem paying large prices for a great meal, but in this case, it wasnt great, it was just fair at best."

  • "This was our first time back for dinner since the restaurant reopened. We did miss the bread, dip and olives they used to serve when you sat down. A starter hummus and bread was brought to the table that was very tasty though. Our entree was superb! The flavors in the pasta dish just popped!!! It was a delightful combination of garlic, sundried tomatoes, spinach and light cream sauce covering the perfectly cooked pasta, with fresh grated cheese. (Generous tender pieces of chicken were also incorporated) Our bottle of Chianti was a perfect match for a delicious meal!"
