Pino Alto Restaurant is located in the historic Sesnon House on the Cabrillo College campus in Aptos. The student run restaurant is open for dinner Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 5:50 - 8:30. The Terrace, with more casual fare, opens at 5:00. The restaurant is also open for lunch Monday -… Thursday. We do not accept lunch reservations. Continued

"It's hit or miss at this restaurant. I've had the best meal of my life here and some disappointing ones, too. This last one leaned towards the disappointment end of the scale. Boring vegetable soup to start backed up by an equally boring salad. I had the spot prawns over lemon linguini. Prawns were old and pasta wasn't cooked properly(clumped together). Better half had the duck confit and duck breast. Too salty on the leg part and an unnecessary seasoning on the breast. Bread was excellent as usual. I appreciate the effort of all involved but some people just aren't destined to be chefs."
