We will return.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Mothers Day BrunchWe went for a family celebration of Mothers Day and it was GREAT.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMNICE LUNCH AT PINNACLEMy family had a nice lunch here. The special fish (swordfish) was very fresh and side items were good. The pasta with smoked chicken was quite good. However, the Angus burger was just so-so...
Pinnacle features many menu items that fit into a Mediterranean diet, which is nice. There is also a gluten-free menu.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMAn Amazing Restaurant - Great ViewI visited the Pinnacle Restaurant with my wife as part of her birthday weekend in the Temecula wine country. The culmination of which was this fabulous restaurant which overlooks the entire wine country and numerous other local wineries. The food (which has just undergone a transformation only a couple days earlier, which added new food options) was to die for. We started with the Mussels in a garlic broth which was excellent. I then had the baked lobster and shrimp with spinach and artichoke hearts, whereas my wife had the diver scallops. Both dishes were absolutely amazing, completely fresh ingredients and awesome flavor. We then finished our meal by splitting the lemon and strawberry creme brulee, which was out of this world.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMLunch experience on SaturdayFelt to much like a wedding location, felt too much like a wide open room with tables just relocated after a wedding had taken place..
The location for the extra plates and dishes, with the large curtain should have been closed, so as to not see them.
The wine tasking room and outdoor patio was enjoyable.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Lunch StopSeven of us were out wine tasting and stopped here for lunch because the reviews on line were so good. THEY WERE RIGHT! We all had something different and everything was delicious. Ladies it is a good idea to split the sandwiches if your not really that hungry. They were beautiful and tasted great along with the salmon dish, soup, and someone had a salad. Next time we will come for dinner.4/22/2013 12:00:00 AMEnjoyed ourselvesThey have a specialty menu selection each month where the same food is prepared a different way each week, interesting indeed. lamb was this months selection and it was delicious. The service is knowledgeable and very friendly. The wines at Falkner arnt bad at all [I liked the Amante] As with most wineries in the Temecula Valley they are trying their best to please but one cannot expect those elite wines in the $150.00 per bottle class and thats a good thing for my wallet. I have tried a number of resterants along Rancho Ca. Rd. and i put Falkner on top of my list.4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMWe attended the Easter BrunchWe attended the Easter Brunch and had a wonderful time. The live music is lovely and the view is spectacular!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMEaster Brunch at the PinnacleFloor to ceiling glass wall provides a spectacular view of vineyards and mountains. The feeling was relaxed with live jazz guitar playing in the background. Nice backdrop to spend a romantic afternoon. My wife and I were not rushed and spent a couple of hours in great conversation over a wonderful meal. We plan to return for brunch or dinner soon.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food is especially wellThe food is especially well prepared in the California fresh style. However, the restaurant is only open for lunch with evenings used for special events because of the wonderful view.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMI was there celebrating myI was there celebrating my friends 45th birthday and our waitress Shontae was wonderful! All our requests were fulfilled. Very noisy inside the restaurant.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMA nice find for a quiet mealVisited on a rainy day and the view was still spectacular. Food was very good - cheese plate was a bit sparing on the cheese (3 slices and a small wedge of brie), mushroom soup was a great success. Our waitress, Tina was the best! She was on the spot with service and friendly attention. I will be back again.12/13/2012 12:00:00 AM
