It also made for an extremely crowded table. Love this place. Staff was friendly and accommodating. When some of our party cancelled because of traffic we asked if we could move to a smaller table. They gladly helped us move and thanked us for asking. Love the food and the service was top notch. We would have dinner here again without question. It is a bit on the expensive end, but we had quite a few drinks (Excellent by the way. Very creative. Now I know what Lavender and Rose taste like!) and all in all it was a special occasion so the cost was quite reasonable. I've been frequenting this restaurant since I lived in London several years ago. The food is always delicious and I really enjoy the seasonal menu. However, I'm always surprised at the quality of service. It always, always, always leaves something to be desired as the staff always does the minimum. The duck and five spice dumpling was hands down my favorite bite (or three), but there has really never been a dish I didn't like. Considering the price of individual drinks, you may as well get the unlimited mimosa deal as well. Normal Chinese food places. The atmosphere was amazingly hip and had such a cool vibe. The quality of the dim sum was not as good as in the past. They were out of a lot of items, on a Saturday night no less, and several of the items we ordered were oversteamed.

We have multiple food allergies in our family and our waiter went above and beyond to accomodate food choices! He was so tentative but not overly so, and always there to service us quickly! We had the char sui bun, duck and five spice dumpling, scallops and shiitake dumpling and the spicy black sesame seed and vegetable dumpling. It was fantastic! The waiter was very nice and friendly. It was not too crowded on a Saturday night (St. Patrick's) so you could talk and hear the person in front of you.
