It came with a coconut rum sauce and macadamia nut ice cream. We can't stop talking about it. Our waitress appeared always at just the right moment, then was gone. There is enough room between tables to allow private conversation. We ordered the pineapple upside down cake -0f course and It was great! The wine suggestions complimented our dinner choices well. Only the cappuccino scored less than 10 and we found the price fairly reflected the food and service. The ahi poke, caprese salad, and scallops were excellent. The lobster bisque, my reason for selecting this restaurant, had strange flavoring and no lobster that I could find, so missed the mark. The view was nice, but sadly you cannot see the beautiful Maui sunset from this restaurant. We also were a bit disappointed to be seated near two babies, both of whom made plenty of noise screaming or banging on the table. This was our 33rd anniversary, and our server came to the table knowing that. She was such a sweetheart, and very well trained and professional. We had some pupu's and a couple of drinks which were wonderfully prepared and presented. For dinner we both had the Colorado Lamb chops and they were wonderfully prepared. As a surprise to us, you presented us with a pineapple upside down cake desert, it may have been the best I ever had. We had a nice window table which was nice. It was one of the best meals that I have ever had. The pineapple upside down cake- a specialty- was delicious, although it is difference from most recipes.

The food is consistently great and the service and staff reflect an aloha spirit. I had ahi and my husband had monhong. Both were some of the best we have had. We were sat in a section to the far left above the putting green. This was fine if not for the two tables that had children. One group to the left had a child that was screaming and throwing toys on the tile floor and the others behind us were quiet but banging plates on the table. We were taken care of and quickly moved to a section we always sit. Chef Issac's additions are amazing like the Kobe Beef Raviolis.
