Each entree is well seasoned and well prepared and paired with interesting sides which complement the flavor of the entree. We have each tried two different fish entrees. I had the yellowtail and it was marvelous - tasty, moist and with great texture. The filet mignon is way less expensive than the Palm and it was perfectly cooked - medium rare and the flavor was superb. It was as good as the Palm.
