Great Sunday Brunch. The Chicken Liver Pate was delicious. I also enjoyed the breakfast eggs, bacon, sausage. Doughnut holes for dessert were scrumptious. The service was excellent.

We had dinner with friends and our two kids - the chef brought our daughter's meal out to her, came back to check on her during the meal, and made her a special dessert. He made our daughter and the rest of us feel like he truly wanted us there, kids or not! Impressed with the food (my duck was perfectly prepared) and the extra service we were given. One of our diners is gluten/soy free and she loved her meal as well as everyone else. Waitress was also great. My only regret was not tipping more. I recommend everyone try Pig & Finch! We will be returning.

A restaurant for food, comfort and conversation. Staff - Attentive but not intrusive; Food - Unique & Delicious; Ambiance - Warm, Inviting and Intimate Bacon Marmalade - appropriate mix of savory & sweet; Mussels - unique beer, tomato & garlic sauce; Gnocchi - almost traditional; Blackened Shrimp flatbread - shrimp flavor hidden. Greeted by hostess and seated immediately. Table was warm, appropriate mix of comfort and light and not crowded by another. Staff was attentive but not pushy as if the table were ours. Chef approached to inquire about the food and was genuinely interested, not pro forma. Quiet fit for conversation in intimate tones. We highly recommend for casual dining and conversation!

Great food, and friendly staff. Depending on where you are sitting in the restaurant, you can see directly into the kitchen. the menu is small but covers all food categories (starters, salads, sandwiches, entrees, desserts). The selection also includes, of course pork dishes, but also seafood and beef selections.

First time at P&F, and not our last. The menu, bar, wait staff, kitchen and plates were all in synch. Our server was polished. The menu offerings were diverse and ambitious. Our two inventive cocktails were very enjoyable. Our mains, gnocchi and cassoulet were exceptionally good. The flavorful cassoulet suprisingly so, with slightly crisp cannellini beans (just as they should be -- I prepare this dish myself) accompanied by generous duck confit and sausage. We were late diners and I imagine P&F gets quite energetic with a full house. We'll be back.

The beautiful weather called for a light dinner on the patio. We started with the oven dried Roma tomato flatbread with our wine. Though that was great, the main reason we came was for the mussels, simply the best we've had. Ordered extra grilled bread to sop up every last bit of broth. We've had dinner here as well several times, and the food has been fantastic every single time.

Not sure how long the restaurant has been open but when we arrived for dinner on Sunday there were only a handful of tables (outside) being occupied. I had tried the restaurant at lunch which was much busier and enjoyed my entree but Sunday dinner was another experience. The service was outstanding both times and the restaurant decor was very nice. The only negative is they need to clean the cushions on the patio furniture. I tired the fried chicken on Sun and it was fair. The breading was thick and in some places under cooked inside. The chicken was well seasoned. The major flaw was with the green beans and mash potatoes. It would have be better to have steamed beans and not sure what they did to the potatoes but they mimicked glue.

Dined here Friday night with my wife. I had the pork shoulder which was pretty good. My wife had the special of the night - swordfish. Absolutely the worst piece of fish I've ever tasted at a restaurant. It tasted like it was cooked for 15 minutes on a grill, flipped and cooked for another 20 minutes, then taken off the grill and microwaved for 5 minutes. Needless to say, it had the consistency of a hockey puck. We received a free dessert when I complained. Nice atmosphere but the food quality makes it a pass.

I wanted to find somewhere with good food and nice ambiance, and Pig and Finch fit the bill quite (mostly)nicely. Lemonade: 3/5 Too tart, more like watered-down lemon juice concentrate and forgot sugar. Tomato Soup: 5/5 Thick and rich, with a dollop of creamy ricotta cheese on top. Perfect. Parchment Paper Salmon: 5/5: Perfectly cooked, tender and the greens/parsnips were delicious. Asparagus: 2/5: Overcooked. All I could taste was burnt asparagus. Chocolate Torte: 4/5 Very rich, loved the dollop of fresh cream. Service: Server was pleasant, but always seemed busy, even though the place was quiet and there were few customers on a muggy Sunday afternoon. My lemonade never got refilled. Overall: great concept, but needs a few tweaks.

the food was inconsistent. Two of us ordered the salmon--mine was very good while my friend's was partially raw. Same with the vegetables--some were very good--other vegetable dishes were undercooked, especially the brussell sprouts. Waitstaff was cordial but not very friendly. The dessert (caramel pot de crème) was excellent.

This was a first visit for us. We found the menu eclectic but with plenty of regular items to choose from as well. My wife and I started by splitting an order of the Mussels, then she followed up with the smoked salmon flat bread and I had the trout. All were very good. Wine selection was very nice as well but didn't overwhelm you. We will definitely go back.

I picked this restaurant out of a list based on the online menu. While the online menu was out of date, the current menu lived up to expectations. The marrow bones were excellent! The short rib was very good, but I will try something different next time. The service was excellent even though it was a busy night. While my waitress was busy with another larger table, the manager stepped in took my order for a drink after my meal was served. I will go back next time I'm in the area. Even though I was a table of one, I never felt neglected.

This was probably our 20th time at the restaurant. Everyone's food was just fair. Salad dressing was missing on the salads. The flatbread was undercooked. Asked for no butter on the fish and it was drenched in butter. The food came out at different times. The children's order was the last to come out. The service was soooo slow. They did take off the appetizers from the bill. Should have done more!!!

My husband called it the best meal he's had in months - and that's saying a lot since we go to highly rated restaurants at least twice or more a month. I had the shrimp app. and a salad for dinner - more than enough food. My husband had a 1/2 order of the potato gnocchi and a side of brussel sprouts - which he raved about all night. Both of us had cocktails - a Manhattan and a Moscow Mule and all this along with a pretzel app. which was to die for came to about $80 with a 20% tip - an excellent value I thought for the quality of the food. If we're ever in the area again we will certainly drop by!
