"Good Food, buffet line lacked scrambled eggs. Omelet station at end of main buffet line caused 20 minute back up while in line. Food cold by time I got back to my table. Poorly set up."

"Easter Brunch was held in downstairs large room. Was not in restaurant. Buffet for was below average. Would not have gone is we had known it was not in the restaurant."

"This was our first time to PIer 45 and we were pleasantly surprised. We have attended other buffets in the area at holiday (peak) times and this was by far, the most pleasant experience. The food was excellent. They totally knew how to handle a large number of people. We never felt rushed or crowded. Excellent choice!"

"We went to Pier 45 for Easter Brunch.
Because it was a large event, a buffet brunch was served in a large hall adjacent to the restaurant. The hall was nicely decorated and the river views were pretty. The food was great and the wait staff were very attentive and nice. We hope to go to the actual restaurant once it pens for the season."

"Normally, Pier 45 has a wonderful restaurant on the 2nd fl of the Rochester Harbor Terminal Building. But because this was a special Easter Brunch, they held it on the 1st fl in the banquet facility. The ambiance was not nearly as nice in this large, cold room; we understood why they had to do this, due to the # of reservations, but it was a bit of a disappointment. Be that as it may, the food and service were very good."

"We have health issues with old age,,,,food was very good but we suffered for a day or more,,,don't know why,,,possibly ate too much of the good food or the mamosa did it."
