"Dining at Picco is "over the top". I would be hard pressed to pick one favorite dish. The small plates were enough to wet your appetite, yet by the time the sliders came it was like icing on the cake. I am a dessert person and the chocolate in your madelines left such a wonderful taste in my mouth I can hardly wait to visit again. Truly perfection!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"When on earth did picco jack prices? $29 for 6 small shrimp? Used to be a stable for us but at these prices, much rather go into city. Wont be back for a while. Won't bother mgmt i'm sure given place is always packed, but the price value meter has fallen off."

"Have been coming here a few times a year for a number of years. The prices have gone up significantly. Four ladies usually share about 6 dishes, including dessert. The risotto is always a standout. WE also enjoyed the tuna tartar and the mussels. Yummy dessert was the mini milkshakes and madeleines.
Nice wines, but $16 a glass? Asparagus was $16? Makes me want to stay home...sorry."

"We read reviews stating family portions and great food. Came hungry on a special occasion only to be disappointed. This was our first and last time at Picco. Asked the server how much we should order, we were hungry, only to be mislead and still hungry by the time we had spent over $100 and no alcohol. Tiny portions NOT fit for sharing, they all felt like appetizers. The food was nothing to write home about and certainly NOT worth the price they ask for. The service is not five stars not four stars not even three. To be honest the best part of the night was getting burgers at In N Out after our meal at Picco. If you're looking for a great meal I'd suggest going to ANY restaurant in SF because supposedly this is the best Marin has to offer."
