Diner Reviews
  • "When dining here, you have the option to sit outside by the Bellagio fountain or inside. If you sit outside you will get spectacular views of the fountains but you will also get a little misted from the fountains. The food is absolutely fabulous and, surprisingly the portions are very large for a fine dining restaurant. We had the four course prix fixe menu and by the time the main courses came we were already full. Everything that we had was amazing and perfectly cooked. There are some very interesting things on the menu, we had pigeon and fallow deer and they were both outstanding. The service was wonderful, very attentive but no hovering and certainly no rushing us. The desserts are beautiful and delicious. One of our new favorites."

  • "In a word; magnificent! Picasso is perfect in every respect. The room is wonderfully comfortable and intimate. The service is attentive yet unobtrusive. The food is outstanding. Chef Serrano and his staff have continued to excel in the rich tradition that he established at Picasso. This is a "must dine" venue when visiting Las Vegas!"

  • "Everything about Picasso was amazing. The food and service was simply outstanding, and well deserving of the Michelin star that brought this restaurant to our attention. The staff catered to the two members of our party with allergies and made sure we were done in time to make our show, though I would definitely recommend allowing 2-3 hours for dinner here. It's not cheap, but it was most definitely worth the price. Nice view of the fountains. I absolutely recommend this place, it is a must-try for anyone visiting Vegas who appreciates fine dining."

  • "I've been here before, and this last time was just as good if not better. Amazing food, wine, and service."

  • "We reserved a 5:30 pre-theater dinner at Picasso as we had expensive tickets for a 7:00 show. The $75 price included a very small appetizer & main course that were not that good when compared to dinners from the 2 previous evenings, & a dessert - the dessert was good. The wine pairing was $50 for 2 glasses of wine that was not that good. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation to find the doors locked! When we finally got seated & ordered it was 25 minutes until our appetizer arrived & another 20 minutes for the main course. We told them we had a 7:00 show when we arrived & it was 7:30 & we had not ordered dessert! Dessert came at 7:46 & we immediately said box it & get the bill. They got the bill to us at 7:55 & we missed the show!"

  • "Everything about Picasso was as close to perfection as one can find in Las Vegas (or the rest of the country). The presentation of every dish was beautiful. Many times that may mean the taste, temp, and/or integration of flavors is compromised, but not here. The poached oysters, quail and foie gras stand out as the finest examples of each we've ever had. The entire service experience was flawless. And finally, the thing most praised about Picasso - the paintings, room and view - were unbelievable but for us third on the list of things we most appreciated. Food and service always comes first for us and they didn't disappoint. And, after all that, it was no where near as expensive as some meals we've had that were not nearly as enjoyable."

  • "My friend recommended to go there if I ever go to Las Vegas, and it sure was a nice place to have an excellent meal. I totally enjoyed the elegantly prepared foods as well as attentive service. I recommend this place."

  • "We are into fine dinning, and needed somewhere for birthday meal, this proved fabulous, we sat on the terrace watching the fountains. Food was second to none, I fact I thought it was up there with my favourites. Every mouthful a delight. Great head waiter. If I have a couple of negative comments, they are portions slightly too large for five courses. And a little personal gripe, tea and coffe arrived before sweet."

  • "My wife and I celebrated a very special occasion with a dinner here. Very impressive place. You'd think you are not in a casino setting. Calling all lovers... bring your special one here."

  • "My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience with a most beautiful view of multi water shows at the Bellagio. The quality and presentation of each plate was artistic and delicious. Service was impeccable, without intrusion. Our waiter, Robert was friendly, attentive and interesting to talk with. He made us feel special and very welcomed. We met the chef as we were leaving and shook hands to a world renown chef! This is truly a fine dining experience!"

  • "We have eaten at the Bellagio twice, and both times were memorable. At our last visit, I had the Maine Lobster, which was remarkably good. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass, which was also extremely good. But the dessert -- a Hazelnut Joconde with Vanilla Frangelico Ice Cream -- was quite possibly the best dessert I have ever had. Wonderful service. Great view of the Bellagio fountains. Just exquisite."

  • "I give this a low review because the service is incredibly sub par for the type of restaurant this pretends to be. They dont know what is in their own food - leaving me to get allergens in the first course. secondly the wait staff knows nothing about the wine or how to serve it. Lastly, they brought out dessert (at this time we were the last in the restaurant) with "Happy Birthday" written on it - which means either they were trying to pawn off some leftover dessert or they were trying to insult us..."

  • "Picasso has been there for many of our special occasions. We have been to this special restaurant about 15 times - never has it been less than amazing. Blake has served us most of these visits and adds to a rich experience. The sommelier has robust facts and insights if you choose a wine pairing - all the dishes are unique and interesting - take the foie gras - my wife's favorite. Each time we go, she orders this dish and it seems the chef is always switching it up in terms of presentation and recipe. With ambiance like a museum, Picasso provides a unique culinary and dining experience."

  • "The Picasso did not disappoint me on my second visit and made a great impression on my husband's first visit ! From the moment we walked into the restaurant,we were warmly welcomed , food and wine pairings were well executed and our Las Vegas dining experience was an overall success thanks to the Picasso staff !!"

  • "Absolutely fantastic service and gorgeous food although a limited menu - some of the best food we were served in Vegas. Fountains a perfect setting although on a windy night you can get a bit wet! One disappointment was to be asked for a bigger tip which was requested quite aggressively and I felt unwarranted as i had tipped quite highly."

  • "I went there for my 35th birthday and it was outstanding. The service was great, the food was excellent, and the view of the Bellagio water show was marvelous (not to mention the Picasso collection that is hung around the restaurant). It is a bit pricey but worth it. A great dining experience!"

  • "Surprisingly not-anything-special food, especially considering the price. But the outdoor seating, with a front row to the Bellagio fountain show, was amazing."

  • "Some of the best dining you'll find in Vegas. We sat outside directly next to the Bellagio Fountain to enjoy the shows which come at the rate of one every 15 minutes after 8. Bring a camera because the shows make a great backdrop for your photos. The food is impeccable. It's a prix fixe dinner with plenty of great choices for each course. My wife and I chose something different so we could share and compare. From the Warm Quail Salad to the foie gras, to the Fallow Deer Medallions, and desert; every bite was out of this world. Service was excellent, fast but not pushy. Expect to pay appropriate ($200ish+ per person) for this outstanding dinner with a nice wine."

  • "We had an incredible evening at the Picasso last thursday! The food was amazing. I recommend the Kobe beef. It has been the best piece of meat I ever had and its cooking was just perfect. Everything else was almost divine except for a couple of small sand grains in my scallop. The wine pairing was worth the trip. And with an incredible view on the Bellagio fountains we were close to heaven."

  • "Impeccable service, beautiful food, lovely little extras, warm and inviting interior decor and real Picassos adorning the walls--what more can one want for one's 20th wedding anniversary dinner?"

  • "The restaurant is lovely however prices are very high, portions are smalle and service was slow. The dishes were also over the top and not a great choice to pick from. Did not love it for over $500.0 and would not go back."

  • "We were gifted a dinner at Picasso by family member who is very knowledgeable with restaurants. The whole experience at Picasso was fantastic from the moment we walked in. Friendly professional staff, great knowledge of wine and meal selections. The interaction with what wine to have (given our experience with New Zealand wine) and also the discussion around the difference of the lamb to NZ lamb was so interesting and exactly correct. The setting was a dream - right next to the water with fantastic views of the water fountain show. A perfect birthday present and the most wonderful dining experience we've ever had. Thank you"

  • "We dine outdoors over looking the fountains. We had the degustation menu with the wine pairing. The wine was paired very well indeed. The food was excellent and innovative. The service was exceptional and we were never hurried, the atmosphere was romantic and wonderful, the setting stunning with the fountains and the music are trendous accompaniment."

  • " I chose off the Prix Fixe Menu which was $125 for 5 courses. The food was creative and extremely tasty and was presented to a very high standard. I am a big dessert lover and I have to say the Earl Grey Cheesecake is up there with the best sweets I have ever tasted. The restaurant have a really nice selection of beers and wines choose from also. The service and hospitality from staff was 5 star. Staff were extremely professional and made our dining experience enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. Also on the way out, the maitre d' handed us some quaint Picasso boxes with 2 little muffins in them each... A fabulous final touch from a fantastic restaurant."

  • "All we can say is that from beginning to end the evening was fabulous. We had the wine pairing with our meals and the sommelier was very informative with each wine he poured. The waiter was excellent in accommodating one of our party's requests for substitution of some foods. We even loved the beautiful tablecloths and napkins. A great way to celebrate a special occasion."

  • "A memorable experience. It was our anniversary and Picasso did not disappoint, however, I won't need to return at those prices ($380 with tax for 2). I have had better meals at very fine dining experiences for easily less. The menu was interesting, and the food, presented beautifully, wasn't off the chart. The service sure was!"

  • "We chose Picasso for a wedding anniversary dinner, the entire experience was exquisite, from food to service to the original Picassos on the wall. We are blessed to have had the opportunity over the years to eat at many fine restaurants from New York to Paris and Julian Serrano's menu was creative and diverse enough to satisfy any gourmand. We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself."

  • "VERY expensive. Almost $400 for my wife and I. Not vegetarian/vegan friendly but overall the experience was unmatched. Probably the best restaurant experience I have ever had thus far in 30 years. Sit in the middle so you can have full view of the Bellagio fountains and ambience of the restaurant. Every painting from Picasso is an original from Steve Wynn's collection so see all the art. Wine selection also incredible."

  • "We reserved a table at Picasso to celebrate a wedding anniversary and recent good news in our family regarding health. This restaurant is fantastic. The staff is excellently trained, the ambience is terrific (genuine Picasso art) and the food is off the chart. Bravo. Bravo. This won't come cheap, but you won't feel like it was money poorly spent or that any aspect of this restaurant is overhyped. Special occasion? Anniversary? Want a first class meal? Picasso in Vegas. "

  • "I took my girlfriend to Picasso for dinner @530, from there we went to see the show Cirque Du Solei 'O" @ 730 then back to Picasso to propose. She said yes, although she loves the ring she kept talking about the dinner and watching the fountains from the patio at "Picasso". Picasso is easily my favorite restaurant in America."

  • "What can be said about this place that hasn't already been said? Everything was wonderful, from the ambiance to the food to the service. I thought that 3 of the four courses were outstandingly inventive, with the exception of the main course, which was merely excellent. I highly recommend Picasso to anyone wishing to have a great experience."

  • "We went for the Degustation menu where we had 5 courses plus a "amuse bouche" to start. We chose the wine pairing option, so the master sommelier chose the wines to go with each course. It deserves the 2 Michelin stars, as everything was exactly as it should be, from exceptional food, wines, service and the views of the Bellagio fountains, not to mention the original Picasso's on the walls! It was the combination of flavours in the dishes, plus the wines, that really made this stand out. Each alone would be fine, but the combination was perfection. The waiter remembered that it was our anniversary and also that we needed to be out in time for a Cirque du Soleil show afterwards, which he ensured we were right on time for. Highly recommended."
