It's based on other Brazilian steakhouse formats but with no salad bar. Their salad was still very tasty and not small. You can still order the unlimited meat selections from the roving "gauchos" but we all did the 6-meat platter and took food home. Very tasty and done well. Grilled pineapple and piranha steak the best, chicken was moist, grilled veggies was not special though. I'd pass on that choice next time. Service and drinks were really very good!! Made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Great staff, music and food. Drinks were well worth the price & food was defiantly reasonably priced. Reservations were a good idea wasn't too busy but it's nice to be able to sit down right away and dine faster. The one down side was 5 people in a both, I was in the middle and felt like I was always helping the person on the far inside. The gauchos come around the tables with their skewers of beef, chicken and lamb offering you slices as large or small as you want. It is a great way to taste-test lots of things. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I think it is more of a special occasion restaurant than one I would go to every month. We were celebrating a birthday.
