- Teeter House has 2 separate dining rooms, each with the capability of seating up to 16 guests as well as a lounge which seats up to 6. A "room buyout" is perfect for a smaller party comprised of 8-16 guests. A dining room or the lounge may be reserved as a "room buyout" for a 1/2 or full night. A 1/2 night minimum in a dining room is $500, a full night $1000. A 1/2 night minimum in the lounge is $300, a full night $600. All food and beverage is included in this minimum, 9.3% tax and a %20 gratuity are additional.
A full restaurant buyout option for private parties of 16-40 maximum is also available. A full buyout includes rental of the Teeter House and its patio, a special menu designed specifically for your event, and a full waitstaff for the evening. Full restaurant buyouts begin at $5000 from Sunday to Thursday and $7000 on Friday and Saturday nights. |
