I was very glad to have a reservation after the crowd that was there on Saturday at an off dinner time. I would recommend reservations. The "new" Phillips Seafood has improved from its menu since it's previous location and that is a great thing.

it was a great resturant..the steak and the crab legs were yummy...it was noisy because there was a man strumming and people were singing loudly..it was annoying..and it was a very nice resturant..but i didnt like how the waiter just took it upon herself to takemy change as a tip..she was very nice and i was going to tip her good..but when she came back she said thank you and dissapeared with 20 bucks in change she was supposed to give me..i really didnt like that..

The new place is kind of dark, but clean and pretty. Lacks the feeling of the old local...that one had openess, natural light, views of the water and people. This didn't have an inner harbor feel, could have been anywhere. Food was fine. Service was wonderful.

We were in the city for the Circus and made reservations for dinner after the Circus. Even though the Circus let out a little later than expected I was very surprised that they held our reservations and seated us when we got there. They even chose a seat that was over sized. I hate being seated on small tables!

It was my first time eating at Phillips because it is my guest's favorite restaurant when she visits Baltimore. I thought the food was fair and probably wouldn't return. Waitress was very good.

We had a good experience at Phillips Seafood. We had a reservation for 7 and were seated promptly. The waitress was very polite and well-informed about the menu. The bread came out piping hot and was very fluffy on the inside. I had the soup of the day (seafood chowder), which was good and had quite a lot of seafood in it. Also had a pound of the snow crab legs, which was great, but then again, I've never met a crab leg I didn't love. Also had some of my sister's fries, which were nicely done. Dad said that the shrimp were perfectly cooked, with some crunch and not overdone. The new restaurant is very spacious and pleasant. I also liked that they had Andes mints at the door.

The planned third birthday celebration for Natalie never happened. I had mentioned it at 3 different times and no one did a thing about it, not even "Happy Birthday" What a let down, this was to be her special birthday dinner.
