We at Petrarca Cucina e Vino restaurant are very proud of our authentic Italian cuisine as well as our extensive wine list which features hundreds of Italian wines, but also includes several other options to meet your desires. We feature homemade pastas such as Lasagna della Mamma and gnocchi, meat and fish specialties, and desserts. Some of our daily specials include items such as burrata with speck, daily risottos, pan- seared duck breast, and grilled Branzino (European striped bass). Our owner, Chef Leonardo, prepares all of our specialties with the knowledge and traditions he brings from his native country Italy.

Wonderful squid ink risotto, a special to celebrate the feast of the Redentore in Venice. Entire meal highlighted Venetian cuisine, with beautifully & simply prepared sea bass and an enjoyable Vitello tonnato. Very modest wine list; perhaps that could be improved to match the quality of the cooking, but we had a perfectly acceptable Lugana.

A true gem! We’ve been coming back again and again over 10 years now and we’ve never once had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, tasty and well executed. The staff is lovely and always appears just as we need something. And the wine list! The quartinos are perfect when you don’t want a full bottle. Five stars across the board.

Our first time at this neighborhood gem and we loved it. The service, food and atmosphere was perfect. We had mushroom soup that was delicious- just this dish alone will have me returning. We also had gnocchi and endive salad. Loved everything. Highly recommend!

Superb dinner at Petrarca Cucina. The lentil soup, monkfish and profiteroles were all delicious and the service was excellent.
